hello sir,
i have married since 2 yrs. i m facing cruelity mental torture by my wife. i have shown to psychiatrist and counsellor and in nimhans central institution for family therapy.first psychiatrist told it as personality disorder,second as adjustment disorder third in nimhans told as marital discord. .she is not ready for further therapy but torture me abuse me, no cohabitation for 9 months etc.. i have few doubts.since 2 yrs she is staying with me in same house. my parents staying in different place of karnataka.she is from mumbai. before sending divorce petition , i want to send notice to her and copy to her father saying all details and give them time period to reply.few doubts i have. can they come for talk? can she put 498 against me? if so vl she put in a same place where we both are staying? or can she go to mumbai and file a case?should she appoint a lawyer to answer my notice? she has 2 more sisters to be marry.. i know we cant tell what happens but ur experienced so u can predict.she is doctor but not working now but if she goes for work she vl get good salary. i m also doctor.her father also doctor.he is avoiding to come and discuss the issues always says he is busy. once he thretened me to send me jail etc.he scared about his prestige in mumbai. pls if u have time reply me. thank u.

Can a person employed in a private company claim both HRA on a rented house in which his family stays at Delhi and interest on home loan on aself occupied house at chandigarh where he works??

Customary diverse has been taken from my wife before Panch. In my community has been giving these types of diverse since 1904. This allowed as per section 29 (2) under Hindu Marriage Act.
I am Hindu & resident at Pune. My wife has suit filed against me for maintenance at Kalyan & Pimpari court in Maharashtra. I also suit filed against her for getting diverse on cruelty ground at Pune Court.
We have taken written on stamp paper these cases are withdrawn by her & me.
I want know what should I do if I have to withdraw case from Pune Court?
My wife also withdraw case from Kalyan court against maintenance & Pimpari court for maintenance under domestic violence act 2005.
I will have to written apply to Pune court with diverse paper duly attested then the said case will be withdrawn by my signed.
In Pimpari & Kalyan court my wife will withdraw case by her signed.
Court requires my signed on withdraw application?
Can any one me guide on above procedure?

Respected Experts,
A new policy introdused in BSNL Department i.e. Weightage Point System. But my client has applied for Compassioante Appointment prior to this policy guide lines came in force.Minimum 55 points required for consideraion the case under copassioante appointment. My client got 41 points. and My clients application rejected.. i Filed an original application before C.A.T. whether this retrospective effect is permissible? kindly give me S.C. case law on above facts

in Uttar pradesh there is a district name-j.p.nagar(jyotiba fule nagar)
there, d district court has been shifted in it's new building on mid night sat 7'th march,with-out informing the lawyers.
& when precticing lawyers went to new building next morning for chamber (in that area which was located 4 d chambers)
then judisury stopd them to buil their chambers.
and by a fourth class empoly d judisory ragisterd a fales fir against 100 lawyers dt lawyer disturbing and distroying d govt.property.
now there is no space for precticing lawyers for seating in the new building.
that's why pretice is impposible there and d.j. is adament .
i want help in any kind by all d mambers of this plateform regarding dis issue.
take this issue from yr bar associations/if any body want to contect me on dis issue regarding help of the lawyers then call-9837271758,9258044407.

My daughter in law has filed cases under DV act and 498A against all the members of family. Husband and wife both were living seperately from us. In her complaint the last statement is that " on 29-July-2007 my husband demanded a diamond ring from me and left me until demand is not met."
She has written an email to my son on 27-Aug-2007.The body part of email is attached here with. She has filed cases on 20-Nov-2007.
Could you please suggest how this email can help us in fighting these false cases.
What are the things that comes out from this email.
My daughter-in-law had tried to kill my son with her relatives on 30 July 2007 at her uncles residence.She has attacked on my son on 21 Sep 2007 at his office at night, then on 30 Sep 2007 at our house and then on 7 Oct 2007 at my brothers residence. All these attacks were during nights around 10 pm. Police refused to file case against her and her relatives as her sister is working in Haryana Police. On 8 Oct 2007 my son wrote a letter to President and other authorities for safety which came to inquiry in SP Office at Haryana and he has resigned from his job as they threatened they would see him in office. SP office sent it to CAW cell on 31-Oct-2007. First date of hearing in CAW cell was on 16-Nov-2007.She didnt come and has filed cases on 20-Nov-2007 in UP. On 10 Dec-2007 she took summons from court by hand and had given evidence in CAW cell on the same date that she would proceed through court not through CAW cell and refused to go for face to face talk. She has been dragging these cases.
Now please suggest what could be done when it comes to my son amd my familys life.She is such a girl that if we dont listen to her she would take poison and die and would leave us no where.She has been staying away from us.She was staying with my son in UP(Noida)

I am a docotr running a private clinic
One person used to supply surgical items for a few months
about three months back i put an order with him for an item for which money was paid by bank as DD( by way of loan i have availed from the bank)
After that he has not supplied the item but was contacting me .But for the last ten days he has stopped contacting, his phones are not reachable and after further inquiries i find that the name and office are fraud- do note exist
how am to proceed in this case
