what provision of sahukara act (money lending act) prohibit a person to give personal loan etc. what is the right proceedure of given of personal loan by individual and what penalties if not follow the proceedure of law. (on both person giving loan and accepting loan)

only the address of def'dant known in ex parte proceeding and not possible to trace exactly the figure of def'dant's property status. If the court directed of its own motion to assist the p'tiff to get the help from SDM by issuing any order in this direction
any other way to get the status of movable and immovable property of def'dant

if def'dant not appeared before the court but present after the application of O 5 and stated that he has not received the summons. but in WS file by def'dant the same address on which the summons were sent attached alongwith affidavit verified by the advocates. What proceeding initiating against the lawyer and client for contempt of court.

Whether non registration of an assignment deed of a trademark in the Office of Trademark Registry, will render assignment deed as null and void and can a assignor claim back its trademark on that pretext?

I would like to know whether the offence under section 406 I.P.C. is compoundable or not in view of amendment Act of 2008. the offence is of May 2009 and today it is to be compounded. whether it can be permitted by a court
