Sir/Mam
One of our staff died in service. She left with one minor son. Now we have to disburse the settlement amounts to the minor son. Meanwhile one person claims as guardian of the minor son and requested to disburse the amount in his name. We advised him to submit guardianship certificate from competent authority. The person approached the City Civil Court and got the guardianship certificate by filing a G & WC case. Now the person has submitted the judgment copy appointing him as guardian for the minor and requested to release the settlement dues. In his circumstance please explain whether City Civil Court is competent to issue guardianship certificate?

The father left his property intestate to his spouse, 4 daughters and a son. After his demise a release deed was made by his 4 daughters in favour of the mother and brother. The mother recently expired leaving a will of her share of property in favour of her son. The questions are:
Do the four daughters or their children have a claim on the property?
While the son is transfering the proprietory rights on his name, can he include his wife's name also as joint owner? If no, in what ways can his wife's name be included?

Is a settlement deed superior to a will? if Yes, then in what ways. Is it mandatory to probate an Indian Christian will for a property in Chennai?
Can a settlement deed have life time interest conditions or any other conditions incorporated in it.?

hello sir my doubt is
Illegitimate son of a Christian Father. The Father died intestate. Now whether this illegitimate son has any right over the property of his father or whether he is entitled for any share in his father property?
Sir, If the answer is yes, under what provision and i also need a suitable case law to substantiate it.
Sir,
My father inherited agricultural land in Up from his father(ancestral land). i am away on my job and staying in Gujarat. Indication are that my father may gift or transfer otherwise the land in by brother's name in my absence. Can I stop my father from doing so? What have I to do?
Thanks in advance
