where a settlement made by women cell & in settlement paper lines added 1 husband not beat to her wife.
2 he will not abuse to his wife & her family.
either it indicate that previously husbad beated his wife & abused her & her family.can we tender this paper to court wid divorce petition by wife.can court take its admissibility.

If husband dies leaving the survivors i.e.his wife and two married daughters,without any written-will,on inheritance of his self acquired property whether two (married) daughters will also have a right over the property of their deceased father's property.

Memorandum of Understanding not being honoured
Can a party stake claim in in my property through a MOU drafted in 2008 which clearly indicates the date of honouring the commitments of execution of tranfer against payment promised to me valid for a period of one month. The party has paid me just 20 % of the promised amount and further dishonoured the reamin payments through cheque bouncing. Some of my original documents are still with the party and now they are staking claim after 2 years without even bothering to pay me my dues with appreciated gains.
