Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 15 June 2010 This query is : Resolved 
where a settlement made by women cell & in settlement paper lines added 1 husband not beat to her wife.
2 he will not abuse to his wife & her family.

either it indicate that previously husbad beated his wife & abused her & her family.can we tender this paper to court wid divorce petition by wife.can court take its admissibility.
