i have a case under 138 ( rs. 1,25,000 ) payment was made earlier but party made case on blank checks and i want to apply for new passport currently i am living in different city where case is registered and my all ID's from new city should i mention that case in my passport application .

Sir i found many sample possession letter for purchaesd flat
But i am one of the land lord who developd my porerty by a developer and as per agreement i got a flat and i wish to gift it to my son...
So in that case what will be the matter of the possession lettar, coz its not a purchesd property.

I was a private (non aided) school (cbse / Department of education nct delhi recognised,) delhi based teacher, started course 1 month before the job. I was not in any govt. department. So will my correspondence PG Degree valid for other Govt. jobs or not sir??? I left that job 2 years back for preparation, so can I apply for fresh Govt. jobs on basis of this degree? My degree completed in 2015 and it is UGC recognised pls reply. Thanks

we have been sanctioned of Term loan of 1.5crore in the year of 2010,by the RRB bank, for construction of building in the name of society, after personal guarantee of 7 members of society, terms and conditions of sanction letter is different from guaranteed agreement copy, terms of Rate of interest,Tenure period, interest intervels also different from both, which was executed 7 members of society, now which one prevail,
as per terms Sanction letter Guaranteed agreement
Rate of interest 14.5 PA 15%
Intervels ROI charge Quarterly EMI( Equated monthly instalments)
Tenure period 84 68
Sanction letter date was 29.11.2010 and guranteed agreement executed on 18.12.2010.
please clarify as a customer which can take own advantage and banker which is beneficial.

Can i claim my self as Owner/Title holder of the house on the basis of a Registered WIIL solely in my name by virtue mutation done in the corporation/house tax records?

Sir, I am a State Govt. Employee.I have been transferred on deputation to the ONGC Ltd(A CENTRAL PUBLIC SECTOR ENTERPRISE) in 2018. But ONGC Ltd has been giving me the pay of my parent Deptt.,no deputation allowance is given to me.It is mention worthy that some employees of of the same State Govt. are posted on deputaion in NHIDCL(A CENTRAL PUBLIC SECTOR ENTERPRISE) and Railways and they are getting pay and other allowances of the borrowing organization.
It is,therefore, requested to kindly advise me in this regard so that I may also get the pay, perks & benefits of ONGC Ltd.It is also noted here that the employees of ONGC Ltd. of the equivalent rank/post are drawing double of my pay per month including all financial benefit violating the policy of Equal wages for equal work in same organization.

If got registered in Delhi Bar Council but AIB exam not yet Clear then is it possible to get the Membership of Any Court if yet is it same for District Court and High Court?

I am working in a central government organisation with basic pay Rs 42300 (6 years service) and now i got an appointment letter from kerala psc for a post which i had applied through proper channel whose basic pay is Rs 33900.Whether I am eligible for Pay Protection if i submit my Technical resignation and joins kerala government service from central govt service

Appointment of advocate commissioner under crpc
Dear Experts,
I wanted to know can anyone be appointed as the advocate commissioner under the code of criminal procedure. Section 72 incorporates the word any person so the meaning is anyone can be appointed as an advocate commissioner whether he is an advocate or not. Generally courts only appoint advocates as advocates commissioners. I request members to kindly share their inputs on this query.
