*in a case u/s 336,337 and338 I P C police file final report that it was an accident with out fault of any one and it is a case of workmen compensation court.complainant file protest petition in the court and file compensation case in workmen compensation commisioner's court.* now both the party agreed to settle the both case on an amount in this condition that complainant should withdraw the protest petition. *complainant file an application in the that he would not want to protest the final report produced by police and a compromise has been settled.but court is not accepting fr .*what should the complainant do?

Maharastra CHS: father is second onwer and is no more.

dear all
thanks for the opportunity for ppl like to me to raise quieries.
this question is related a property @ pune brought by me and my father in 2004 ( first name is me and 2nd name is my father). in 2008, my father expired without a will. i have a mother, a elder sister and two elder brothers ( all stay outside pune except my mother who stays with me). i want to protect my interest of the house now and in the future.

how can i remove my fathers name from the house property and conver the house to my name completely. the other members of my father family are willing to give a POA to me to decide on the future of the house.
what is the exact process to be followed.

Marriage below 21

civil matter and property matter

their are 2 willdeed writen by one person. one is in the year 2008 with signed by two withness and another willdeed in the year 2009 which is signed by only one withness and withness is proved the will. which one is the valid willdeed and which willdeed will be succesed or considered by court of law.

cpc

no second appeal lies in a suit cognizable by courts of small cause when the subject matter of original suit does not exceed rs3000.
Is this statement right n if yes under which provision of cpc it is provided.
