A routine that FIR is not registered by police; either due involvement of high positioned person with political link or due corruption.
I am aware of alternate ways (moving to court u/s 156(3) CrPC); but whats the use, the same police will be told to register the FIR and investigate; naturally they will try best to hide matter.{even in complaint police inaction is mentioned, its police itself that will be entrusted with above job}

Dear friends,
In a Consumer dispute the Opp.Party had filed his written version and the same is accepted by te forum and in the next date neither the party nor his advocat could attend the forum due to some unavoidable circumstances and in the subsequent date the forum passed exparte order. Now can it be resotored under order 9 rule 13 of the C.P.C ?

I am working in a public general insurance co. as a Dev. Officer & in our service conditions there is provision of conversion from development side to administration on medical grounds on the discretion of company’s CMD. I applied for the same but head office has refused stating that my ailments have no Merits.
I want to ask where I should go to file a writ whether in C. A. T or High court.
Where I can get better Judgment.
