Death of victim in accident

Hello. I'd be grateful if someone could advice me here.

My father (Secretariat employee) bought a bike for some friend from the Govt. Canteen in 2002. The bike caused an accident in 2010, and the victim died. Here's the scenario :

1) My father passed away this year
2) We cannot determine whom he bought the bike for
3)The family of accused is planning on a court case.

What should be my approach here ? I know that my father did a silly mistake not getting the bike (and papers) transferred. But on the contrary, we're innocent.

Is an arbitration award copy a document???

Dear Sir / Mam

Can I say that an arbitration award (mainly award copy) is a DOCUMENT?????

…I am being specific to term it as a document as a document can be held to be a void document (I don’t want to say that it’s a void award)…

If a void document is attached to execution proceedings, the proceedings don’t stand…

Also if I lay emphasis on the word ‘document’, then I can co-relate with Contract Act, Relief Act & other acts which emphasize with the word ‘document’

Thankyou

Accused is trying to produce some documents which are not on record with the complaints in support of his claims, the session court says that he cannot do so as the same are not on record at the time of considering issue of process order.
