Hi,
I was working in the company in Noida where illegal activities like taking card and banking details from customer in UK AUSTRALIA & NEWZEALAND and charging them without customers approval by saying we are not charging you its a free service.
Customers keep on asking wether they will be charged or not, some are pensioner s some of them cry that I'm in shelter pls don't charge.
But we were involved in this kind of activity if we would leave they have set criteria that they will deduct salary on every other reason.
Now ,when I said I'm going n resigning if the salary will be deducted ,they say OK we will not deduct any.
So,being in financial crisis I resumed services, but at the end they have started saying there will b salary for no reason.
I denied so they asked. For resignation and said we will release amount.
But now they without any reason saying we will 10 days salary for no reason. Even after confirming me that they will not.
Even the owner of company asked me to come with him in a hotel to which I refused.
So he's doing deliberately.
Please advise what to do how and when can I lodge a complaint.
I had finance shortage n my employer harassing me ..everyone does know about illegal activities going on in office.
I have all the proofs.

my brother was murdered in 2010 and we get the life time imprisonment for the convicts
Now the convicts have applied in high court and we didnt get information regarding this now what are our rights being the family of victim should we hire a lawyer or should continue with the APP . What can be the relaxation the convict can get through high court
please help me

Hi,
I have been selected for the position of Probationary Officer in a Public Sector Bank and my verification process in due on 7.06.2016. Now, during the filling of application form , I was a single man. But after a couple of months I got married which turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life as my wife in due course of time following regular quarrels and unlawful demands went ahead and filed a false 498 against me and my family. We got bail and everything. And till now all her claims have been proved wrong in the court and we hope to win this case in the next two hearings that follows.
However, for my joining, the people from the bank are saying that since there is a case pending against me, they will not give me appointment. I have read through several judgements where I found that 498 is not an obstacle to government job .. then why is this different in my case? and what do i need to do in order to get my appointment ?
please advice and help anyone.

My wife file domectic violence case and it has been more than 3 years, i think it will take one more year to close, my question is if the order is pass for maintainence then i have to pay the maintaince for last 3 years also or only from the date of order.
Pls advice I am confused

There was a dispute between me and my brother in regard to tres passing. Since he is using my property forcibly for his entry and exit I have filed an injunction suit. for non appearing before the court the suit was decreed ex parte Whie efforts are being made to comply the decree he appeared the court with set aside petion. The same was allowed and court has allowed to give his evidence. At this stage also he failed to appear before the court inspite of granting several adjournments. The court once again passed exparte decree against him. When once again I tried for execution of the decree once again his advocte filed the set aside petion stating some silly ground that due no communication from his junior advocate he not appeared before the court. My brother and his advocte are adopting very delayed tractics to harass me since I am a senior citizen of 65 age and suffering with bad health. Is there any remidy for me.

pl response me what is the time taken to review a case by the same bench after its filing for review within a month in the Supreme court of india. whether it may not allott any date or keep the file remain under scrutny for unlimited time.

How to file a case against a developer in which court
I would like an expert advice; I had invested in a chawl system house in 2003 and was staying there until a developer took it for redevelopment in the year 2006. An agreement was made but before that he were not there when the survey was conducted and that stand took us as non-eligibility according annexure II. We were asked to submit originals by the developer for eligibility in Mahada since we both husband and wife are working aboard. The building has come up in the year 2008 but no rooms were allotted during that time. The reason stated was non-eligibility and a rent of Rs. 2000.00 were started. Constant follow ups on our visit to India, filing RTI in the year 2013, none worked and now since 2016 January, rent too has stopped the reasons mentioned was no evidence found of owing the premises. When we asked for our original papers, firstly we were told they are misplaced, but when an FIR was filed we found the originals were duplicated and manipulated. On June 2017 we consulted a lawyer and a legal notice was send to the builder. He responded end of July 2017 telling my lawyer he will allot the rooms by end of August 2017. But now the scene is both are not answering the lawyer says he is unable to handle our case, look for another one. What should we do at this juncture.
