Hi experts

Pls advice I am confused

It depends. If the court passed maintenance order from the date of order then you need not worry.

It depends on the cleverness of the advocate who is from the other side.

All depend on the court orders.

Thank you all for your advice,

Please clarify my few more doubts.

1.In case the court pass the order against me then, I have to pay the maintenance immediately or I can appeal in higher court for stay.
2.She is educated B.E. and we have no kids.
Earlier she was working in reputed MNC but she left the job after filing this DV case. How much (max) the court can order maintenance to her, my current salary is 70,000 per month.

Thanks

1. It is premature query nothing can be predicted at this stage.
2. What is the opinion of your lawyer, do you have faith in him or lost?
3. If you have faith in him (your lawyer) continue but do not adventure for a second opinion, especially FREE OF COST, which is bound to spoil your case.
4. If you do not have faith in your lawyer change him immediately.
