accused have 2 kg heroin and police caught him from that time he is in jail from 7 months and the charge-sheet is produce before court is 4 month no further investigation is pending and the co accused release on bail. and the trial court rejected the bail application 4 times. at the time of search police gives notice under section 50 of ndps and accused sign and admit to search him by SHO POLICE is this is mandatory for the police officer that at the time of search he is liable that accused is produce before GAZZASTED OFFICER OR A MAGISTRATE FOR SEARCH OR HE CAN SEARCH THE ACCUSED BY NOTICE . PLEASE SUGGESTED ME THE FURTHER BAIL POINTS THAT HIGH COURT GIVES BAIL TO ACCUSED

CAN A DELAY IN NI ACT MATERS BC OF AD AND RECIEPT WAS LOST AND AFTER THAT DUPLICATE RECEIPT WAS ISSUED BY THE POST OFFICE AND THEN AFTER DELAY OF 15 DAYS CAS WAS INSTITUTED IS THERE IS ANY REASONEABLE CUSE PLEASE SUGGEST ANY CASE LAWA WAS THERE . THX

sir can a notice send by advocate two times IN ONE MATTER and please also tell me that 1 st notice was recieve by respondent and then by the mistake of my sdvocate reciept{AD} was was lost he send 2nd notice and now he tell me taht we CANT FILE CASE ON NEW RECIEPT OUR CASE WAS LIE ON OUR FIST NOTICE PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO.
