Bombay public trusts act

Hi. Is it necessary that a Deed of transfer is to be made for a new Trustee, with regard to the property being transferred to his name when he accepts the post of Trusteeship. Or only a change report filed with the Charity Commissioner's office suffices. Will the new Trustee be able to sign the sale deed on the basis of the Change report for appointment be considered to be valid??

Gaothan land

Respected Seniors,

I am in the process of purchasing a house at Ulwe gaon near Panvel. The said house is on gaothan land. We have been informed that we will get tax payment receipts and assessment tax (namuna 8) for verfication. I am residing in Mumbai. THe owner has informed that the sale deed and power of attorney is notarised.

My query is can I purchase this house, if so what documents need to be verified. From where do we have to take permissions.

Advice from legal experts would help me in purchasing a property with property legal rights.

Bombay public trusts act, 1985

A Trust has to be formed other than in Maharashtra and Gujarat, the Trustees sign the Trust deed, but are unable to go to get the said document registered. So they give a Power of Attorney to one of the co trustee to get the said Trust Deed registered. My query
1. Is the Power of Attorney required to be registered with the Sub Registrars office, if so then which state, where the Trust is being formed or where the Trustees reside?

2. Can the said Power of Attorney be notarised, will it be valid for registering the Trust Deed?

Kindly advise very urgent.
