TO CARRY OUT AMENDMENTS IN PRIVATE COMPLAINT

MEMBER PLEASE ADVISE ME

I FILED A PRIVATE COMPLAINT, CHARGED THE ACCUSED U/S. 403,406 OF IPC. THE MATTER IS PENDING FOR HEARING AND VERIFICATION. NEEDS TO AMEND CERTAIN GROUNDS OF THE FACTS, CAN I CARRY OUT THE AMENDMENTS BY MAKING AN APPLICATION BEFORE THE MAGISTRATE, OPPOSITE PARTY IS NOT SERVED.

Case Transfer

We are residing in Noida and my brother married in Aligarh, my brother's wife residing with her parents since March'2010 & she has also filed the case of DV & 125, when we visit to court aligarh, my brother's wife and her relatives try to stop us to attend the court date and also also try to do man-handling on us.

We have fear that in future any thing could be happen with us
Now i would like to know that the case of Aligarh could be transfer from out of Aligarh or not, if yes for this what we do, kindly advise urgently. Thanking you

Vehicles confiscated by police

Dear Sir
I find it strange new vehicles accidented or otherwise involved in some disputes lying in the open for years in the police stations across the length and breadth of this most unfortunate country with a corrupt to the core judiciary, bureaucracy as well as policesystem.
What the ' Your Lordsheeps ' can do to dispose of this vehicles in disuse ( or abused by the police only )? What are the rules which can be kick started ? And how the vehicles in the police stations accounted for ? If yes , who is responsible to cross-check as your lordsheeps are not expected to get out of their ivory towers to do such dirty jobs?

hello sirs'/madam,

a client of mine has asked me that, he wants to the business of vehicle finance on hire purchase. and how he can take the license of hire purchase,

so, i would like to know, how to get such license, who is the comptent authority to issue such license. etc. etc.

Sale Deed of Residential Flat and Car Parking space allotted as an addition amenity

In Mumbai Developer Sold a Residential flat along with car parking Space (by mentioning additional amenity and mention detail in the Flat Sale Agreement)to Mr.'A',
later Mr.'A' sold flat to Mr.'B' by making one Agreement for Flat(Registered agreement) and one Parking agreement (un-registered agreement but Stamp Duty paid), Now Mr.'B' wants to sell his Flat and Car parking space to Mr.'C', So in this case Do Mr.'B' has to prepare one Sale for Flat and Car parking or he has to make Two separate Agreements for Flat and Car parking.

Will there be additional stamp duty payable apart from standard Residential Flats stamp duty because of adding car parking as additional amnenities

Divorce

I was married in May 2009, since March 2010 wife residing seperately can i file divorce ( what is the period to file the divorce.).In March 2009 I also file sec.9 but she is not attending any date till now.

I also want to know that New divorce ammendment i.e. irr.breakdown of marriage has implemented or not, if not from when it will be applicable.

Should I to face any legal complications?

Respected Experts,

“A” (actual owner of a landed property) has executed a Registered Agreement of Sale cum General Power of Attorney (with possession) with “B”. Now “C” wants to purchase the lands from “B” basing on the said document and “B” is ready to execute a sale deed in his favour.

Now “C” came to know that there are some misunderstandings in between “A” and “B” and thus “A” openly disclosing that he is going to cancel the said Agreement of Sale cum GPA at any point of time.

At this situation, if I want to go to purchase the said lands from “B” on the strength of the Registered Agreement of Sale cum GPA, should I have to face any legal complications, in future or not? If so what it would be and what will be the remedy.

Plz. suggest me suitably.

whether abusing/using insulting and filthy language during business communication is a criminal offe

One property dealer has been consistently abusing me and have been using filthy/insulting language, as the questions asked by me are such that he knows that if he answers those questions logically, then he can not justify for the business wrongs that he has already committed for which he can be easily booked under the provisions of law. Therefore, in order to apply undue pressure on me and demoralizing me, he has been consistently abusing and using filthy/insulting language against me through emails, as all the business communications are taking place through email only.

QUESTION IS, THAT WHETHER HE CAN BE BOOKED UNDER CRIMINAL LAW, AND IF YES THEN UNDER WHICH SECTION OF IPC?
