Can any body have full text of judgment of MAHADEO RAMA (1942) 45 BOM. L. R. 295? If yes please forward to me.

I think it is Mahadeo Rama(1943)45 Bom.L.R 295? and not 1942 year which discuss about "Taking away wife" and 498 IPC. Please confirm. In the mean time I shall try for the judgment.
