Due to misuse and arbitrary use of securitisation act, my friend suffered loss of nearly ten lacs by way of theft by officers of bank during physical custody of flat, damage to furniture as no care was taken by bank for 15 months,depriving wife of her stridhan, though she is not connected to loan, keeping illegal custody of items not charged to the bank,. Now my friend wants to claim damages from bank and its officers. Where should he go-consumer court, civil court or drt?

If concern A borrow fund from Urban Co-op.Bank on 1-04-1994 Rs.50lacs and become NPA(in the books of bank) on 3-03-1995.Thereafter,that Bank grant new loans to associate concern B on 26-03-1997 Rs.100lacs and out of that debt of A Rs.87lacs were deposited and account was closed.Now B has been NPA(in the Books of Bank) on 30-06-1998.
question:
what is NPA date for B as per RBI guide line and what about interest payments in the accounts A out new borroings?

I had purchased a car by way of benami transaction, wherein I had paid the Money but due to some difficulty ,I had Regisrteted itin my freineds name, though I am paying the Installments of the loan in respect of the said car through my freinds accounts. But now i aprehend that My freind may go against me. In such Circumstances I have Following queries
1. As of now my freind is ready to sign any Documents, What Document I need to prepare?
2. What legal documents are required to submitted to get my name registered in the Concerned R.T.O?

I have filed appeal against the decision of the District Consumer redressal forum before the State Consumer redressal commission in September 2007, but my appeal petition is yet to be heard as the State Government of Nagaland has not constituted the State Consumer Commission.Please advise me what steps i should take.

SARFAESI ACT - LIMITATION & REQUIREMENT
Is there any period of limitation to file application before Distt. Magistrate to obtain physical possession after issuing notice under S. 13(2) of the Act?
Should the SARFAESI COURT i.e. court of DM issue notice to borrower?
