I have left one pvt ltd company in Gurgaon in feb'2010 and since then my F&F is not yet done by them. Surprisingly they have sent me a undue legal notice stating standard breach of confidentially agreement which is completely baseless, and asked to send an unconditional apology letter. This all has happened due to the reason that the MD & Owner of the company did not want me to leave, and offered me great perks also to stay back, but I was not aspired to work there further. There is huge money left with them as I served my notice period and my perf bonus was also due. Now after sending a standard reply to legal notice and many reminders too, they are not releasing my F&F. Pls advise.

My DOB originally is 05.06.1972, but while joining to the school(1st STD.)it is given or taken as 15.07.1971 to meet the 5 yrs. completion rule.My parents are uneducated and to send to school simply it happened. How to correct it now, please help me.I have only my astoro book with original DOB now in this regard.

my employer terminated me without enquiry.
now the matter is reffered for mediation.
court has asked me to submit written praposal of expectations.
which factors should be considred while ariving at certain amount?
what rationale/ paremeters should aplied?
this is final settlement.

can a central govt. employee take commuted leave for few days without medical certificate. if so for how many days. what is the reference letter no.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I joined educomp solutions ltd. On 24th May 2010 as Resource coordinator and worked there almost 2 years and 6 month with all my dedication. On 8th Dec. 2013 I gave 1 month notice period to the company and my last working day was on 7th Jan 2013. After that I applied for my full n final amount and pf on 13th March 2013, they also processed the same and revert me back on 7th May 2013 by mail in which they mentioned that 24,500rs is my full n final amount which they are going to send me through cheque. Even after making 27 follow ups reminder's they are not sending my cheque and not even my pf Amount.
Kindly help me out from this mental harassment and advise me how I can get this amount. Even they have also given me the experience letter but not full n final payment and pf amount and till date.

What is the jurisdiction in dismissal cases for executives in Central PSU.Can writ be filed in home state rather than the state in which one was working .Any rules or rulings for the same.Kindly advise if 100% jurisdiction is there in home state high court.

Under suspension for more than 6
Hi Team,
My father is working in prison department in Karnataka. He was suspended on 26/June/2013 on charges made by one of his peer on 10th may 2013 that he has asked for Rs 6000 to pass one of the medical bill(Arogya Bhagya) of 2011 which was for Intra Laser treatment which is not covered in Arogya Bhagya. Later the higher authority passed a order on 9th May 2013 to recover the Money from the salary of the employee after which the employee made the above allegation.
Based on this allegation without any proof and without any enquiry my father was suspended and is under suspension till date. And it has been more than 6 months he has not called for single enquiry or given any charge sheet. Also he is paid half of his salary.
As of now my father has applied a case in KAIT court and the court has asked for reply from the department. Please let me know what other steps my dad can take in order to come out of suspension because of false allegation as quick as possible. Also will the subsistence allowance will be increased if the case is not disposed quickly?
