my employer terminated me without enquiry. now the matter is reffered for mediation. court has asked me to submit written praposal of expectations. which factors should be considred while ariving at certain amount? what rationale/ paremeters should aplied? this is final settlement.
As it is important, you should engage a competent local lawyer for submitting the written proposal.

Probably you have to issue demand notice.
Approach a competent and experienced labor consultant/service lawyer, with complete record, and standing orders (certified/Model) appointment letter, HR policy etc
