Dear Experts, I have served a notice period in an organisation from 1st to 30th June but I have not received any amount of that 30 days work period, suggest your opinion I have a reliving letter and f&f letter as a proof.

I had served 5 years in Central Government as a permanent government servant then I joined a post in state government through proper channel. My previous service in central govt got counted and I get pay protection on my present post .
In state government, I have spent about 1.5 years in service and I haven't yet completed my probation ( holding a temporary post)
Now I have been selected for another post in Central Government services with proper NOC from my present employer i.e state government. Will my total service length (5 +1.5) be considered in new central government job and am I eligible for other benefits like pay protection etc in new job.

Dear sir, I worked for CEAT Ltd. as Distributor sales Executive for 2 years. The Team Leader of Ceat ltd. Appointed me & said there will be incentives quarterly as per targets but when I asked him he avoided me & after six months of my joining when I requested to seniors in company for my incentives they asked TL to answer me then first he said my performance was poor & targets were not achieved & when I asked him details about targets & achievement I was shocked my targets were achieved almost in every month & he shared my incentive with other person with fake name who worked for distributor. He also not shown my name to company that I had joined for six months but I have enough records that I worked for feat because I used to claim tyres & make documents for company. Should I send legal notice through lawyer or go to labour commissioner office?

Nowadays in every bank staff are forced to sell general insurance policies, hampering other customer service counter. Is it every staff is rightly authorize to sell insurance policies or only authorized insurance facilitator or agent can sell the insurance policies. Is there any regulation/guidelines are issued by IRDA ,in this regards, who will sell the insurance policies.

I have worked in an organization for 35 days I have been tortured and I have worked more than 12 hrs day so I don't want that job.
I have signed offer letter which consists only notice period of 30 days.. nothing about payment terms if not served notice period.
I want to left the organization those people are asking gross salary is this correct or some where I have got info that only we have to pay Basic salary..
Please let me know whether I need to pay Basic or gross..

Employer has hold last 03 months Maternity Salary of an employee who is on Maternity leave an she is working on Managerial position in Sales department . She asked the reason for holding her salary but they replied that company policy has changed. As per Maternity Benefit Act, employer can not hold Maternity salary of an employee. Her office is in Andheri. Where she has to complaint again employer? Where? is there any complaint letter draft? Please share with me.
Working in Service sector (logistics MNC) at Reginoal Manager level with employees reporting to me.
Facts of the case :
I was granted maternity leave from Sep'17 to Mar'18
On resuming office I was not re-instated to the same post/job profile. New employee was already appointed in that role.
Despite multiple follow-ups for two months till May'18, I was not provided any job role and designation.
I was not given any appraisal for the year 2017-18. No reasons were provided for this.
On May 16, 2018, it was communicated to me that there is no work and hence I should resign.
It was mutually agreed between me and the organisation that I would be paid salary until I get a new job OR for maximum 6 months (I have e-mail and audio recording for the same).
However during Sep'18, HR representative called and informed me that now the company would pay only 4 months salary.
Need assistance as to whether any legal action could be taken for the above case.
I am hiding my identity because I don't want to disclose it. The option is available on this website, that means I can use it if I'm not comfortable. Anyways, I got my answer.
