Sir, as I am single person and unable to pay fee to Advocate, I want to file a case against Telangana Government regarding wrong and contract to NCTE Rules while fix up of minimum Qualification to Teacher posts. Plz clarify the procedure.

Sir,
After 11 years of working experience in a Assam State PSU APL, I have applied for a post in BCPL CPSU (Through Proper Channel) after Selecting for the new post I submitted technical resignation for joining new CPSU. I have joined in BCPL October 2011. At that time of joining in BCPL, my previous company APL pay scale was not revised and it had been revised on July, 2013 w.e.f. April,2009.
After revision my Last Basic Pay in APCL becomes Rs 31,210/-(Revised Pay in Pay Band -Rs24,910/- +Grade Pay-Rs 6,300/-) whereas my Basic was in BCPL is Rs 24,900/- at the time of joining. My previous company APCL follow CDA pattern.
On August, 2013 I have applied for Pay Protection in BCPL, since BCPL already providing pay protection to employee joining from other CPSU/Central Govt.
Since then continuous follow up/request BCPL recently replied that my pay protection does not arise since overall salary (CTC) in BCPL more vis-a vis APL.
However as per my knowledge BCPL provided pay protection to other CPSU like HPCL/Central Govt Employee whose CTC is less than BCPL, in that considering only Basic and DA
i request the experts to give their valuable opinion for which i will be thankful to them.

Myself Rakhi, Iam an Asst. HR in a manufacturing firm. I have a doubt relating to the date of experience certificate of an employee. He was joined on 21st August 2013, but he was confirmed on 1.06.2014. which date is put on his Experience Certificate. Please help me. it was very urgent.

Dear experts,
Brief facts-
I had transferred from NR, Lucknow to NER, Shilling, dated 27.02.2015, w.e.f 1st April 2015. Accordingly, I had joined GSI,NER, Shillong on 10.04.2015 availing 10 days of Joining period. I have successfully completed my tenure of 2 years posting at NER, Shillong.
As per new transfer and placement policy for Group A & B (gazetted) officers of Geological Survey of policy laid down by Ministry of Mines, GSI, circulated with vide Office Memorandum No. 300/050/HRD/TP/2016/20 dated 25.07.2016, I have completed my NER tenure of 2 years in April 2017.Further, “the Para 5 regarding the transfer/posting in the North Eastern Region, it is also clearly mentioned in sub Para 5.2, that person who has completed full tenure in NER, will be considered for posting of his choice (one time)”.
But after completion of 2 years tenure posting at NER, Shillong Chief headquarter, Kolkata authority transferred me to Chandigarh, w.e.f 1st May 2017.I am relieving from 1st may 2017 from Shillong.Now my juridiction will be Northern Region. I thing so like that.
now I want to file the case in CAT at lucknow. But some body told me this place is not your juriduction place . U can file the case in shillong, Meghalaya.
Kindly advice and suggest where I can file the CAT case ? At Chandigarh, Shillong or Lucknow CAT ? In my opinion I can file the case from lucknow. because lucknow is the Headquarter of Northern zone and Chandigarh also come in Northern zone . Kindly suggest me .

This case relates to termination of shikshan sevak in one of the private aided school in maharashtra, who was found surplus by educational authorities.The teacher is reinstated by order of School Tribunal. with back wages.
since the school is aided ,is the state responsible to pay back wages. The education Dept. was ex. parte in the matter.

Dear Sir,
I'm working in a MNC in Gurgaon Office. This Company has the head Office & factory in Chandigarh.
our working hours in Gurgaon is
Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Saturday 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM
Total Working Hours in a week is 50 Hours.
I want to know that is there any rule of Haryana govt. for maximum working hour in a week or per day.
this is a Regional Sales Office and all working staff is middle Level Management or Manager Level, there is no labour work or labour staff.
kindly share your knowledge regarding the Maximum working hours in gurgaon (Haryana)

My pf withdrwal papers were recieved by my ex emolyer on 3rd jan 2017as per POD of speed post.
I got an acknowledgment from them on 23rd March for the same.
They informed me that the papers will be submitted to PF OFFICE by 19th april and give me an acknowledgemnt.
Today is 21st i have got no mail from them. i have been sending mails to MD, HR. But no one bothers to revert.
Its been more than 3 months my papers are lying with them
What to dow now? Please suggest

Transfer policy
Sir i am working in united bank of india as officer . transfer policy is like in my bank as 5 years in one state and after 5 years in another state for posting of an officer. I am married and my hushand is working in mnc. I have lost my child . I am single child of my parents. My mother cant sit properly because she has fracture in her waist and also has psycological problem. She used to take sleeping pills as per doctor prescribed.My father cant remember all things due to getting old. My inlaws are 70 plus. Most of time my mother in law is admitted in hospital . Her liver is almost failed.So it is difficult for them to take care my next child.we are thinking of adoption.It is important that i have to stay with her. But due my bank policy it seems impossible. As per the letter of finance ministry is under: F.No.4/9/1/2014-IR Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Financial Services Jeevan Deep, IIIrd Floor, Parliament Street, New Delhi Dated the August 8, 2014 To accommodate as far as possible placement/transfer of married female employee, on her request, at a place where her husband is stationed or as near as possible to that place or vice versa; and To accommodate as far as possible placement/transfer of unmarried female employee, on her request, at a place where her parents, are stationed or as near as possible to that place and vice versa , as per letter of finance minister my bank has been introduced a new circular of transfer policy for female employee to stay 5 year in one state and 5 year in another state. Officer can do request for transfer to his desire place only 2 times in his whole service period. If i posted to kolkata branch to whom i take with me to take care of my child because parents and inlaws can not move with me.Being a woman i have so many duties and responsibities.For a child devlopment it is important that he will get his mother love and affection and care.Also i m only child of my parents and they are fully dependent on me. There is no one in my family who will take care my parents and child.There are so many female officers who are facing same problem.Please sir help me in this matter so that i can stay my parents and child.also i have asthma ,spondylitis, arthitics problem. So my medical problems and family situation can help me in my transfer matter
