My last working day was 14-april-2017, in a private company in Andhra Pradesh. As assistant manager f&a
Our salary month start from 26 to 25 in next month.
My full and final settlement is not yet done as on 27/04/2017.
Company paid incremental arrears @6% on ctc to all employees regarding Fy 16-17 along with salary of march 17 (26/04/2017). Except me.
My question is I've worked throughout FY 16-17, and up to 14th April 2017 in FY 17-18.
When I talked with my hr. He told that arrears of fy16-17 will not be paid to you and regular salary of march 17 and April 17 will be paid in final settlement which is under process.
Please suggest in view of legality. And if i'm eligible for incremental arrears of fy 16-17. Plz suggest me how to get my dues from company.
I served complete notice period as per my appointment letter

I have been denied justice as per the Gujarat High Court Order in the year 2015. Can I file contempt of court proccedings against ongc now....can I get delay condemned.

My father was retired on 31-05-2015 from rajasthan govt services. On 20 june 2015, we received a letter from employer that you have recovery of financial year 2008-09 & 2009-10. So stop all retiral benefits.
There was no departmental proceeding, no chargesheet & no FIR in this matter received by my father in service & till retirement. All orders of recovery are directly passed by my father after 15 days of retirement.
I filed the case in RSCAT Tribunal. Tribunal has given stay on recovery order & withholding gratuity order by employer. But it has been one and half year, the employer has not filed his written statement.
Due to which, my father all retiral benefit is not released. Pension has been started and commutation has been done in Oct 2015.
Now what to do, if employer / respondent doest not file any reply in front of tribunal. Because tribunal has issued several notices from one & half year.
Now please suggest what to do for quick relief.

Whether the pay protection benefits available only for the employees who were joined through personal interview? Any judgement or order available ?
I have joined from one autonomous institution to other with same post and grade pay through open competitive examination, am I eligible for pay protection?

Sir i am working in united bank of india as officer . transfer policy is like in my bank as 5 years in one state and after 5 years in another state for posting of an officer. I am married and my hushand is working in mnc. I have lost my child . I am single child of my parents. My mother cant sit properly because she has fracture in her waist and also has psycological problem. She used to take sleeping pills as per doctor prescribed.My father cant remember all things due to getting old. My inlaws are 70 plus. Most of time my mother in law is admitted in hospital . Her liver is almost failed.So it is difficult for them to take care my next child.we are thinking of adoption.It is important that i have to stay with her. But due my bank policy it seems impossible. As per the letter of finance ministry is under: F.No.4/9/1/2014-IR Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Financial Services Jeevan Deep, IIIrd Floor, Parliament Street, New Delhi Dated the August 8, 2014 To accommodate as far as possible placement/transfer of married female employee, on her request, at a place where her husband is stationed or as near as possible to that place or vice versa; and To accommodate as far as possible placement/transfer of unmarried female employee, on her request, at a place where her parents, are stationed or as near as possible to that place and vice versa , as per letter of finance minister my bank has been introduced a new circular of transfer policy for female employee to stay 5 year in one state and 5 year in another state. Officer can do request for transfer to his desire place only 2 times in his whole service period. If i posted to kolkata branch to whom i take with me to take care of my child because parents and inlaws can not move with me.Being a woman i have so many duties and responsibities.For a child devlopment it is important that he will get his mother love and affection and care.Also i m only child of my parents and they are fully dependent on me. There is no one in my family who will take care my parents and child.There are so many female officers who are facing same problem.Please sir help me in this matter so that i can stay my parents and child. Also i have asthma,arthitics and spondylitis.so my health problems and family situations can me in transfer matter
