2.15months back I was hired as biz head for a luxury car dealership. On a given day I was fired by the boss for taking the company car home after receiving a warning. However I had meetings n official work to do but yes the company does not allow overnight drive. My query is holding such senior position can I be fired on spot offering me only the pending salary and then later being told fnf takes 45 days. I want to know if I can claim notice period salary etc

I have given a representation to organise DPC for my promotion on the vacant post- Non selection post, because I am only officer in feeder post. if department is not decide my representation and not organizing DPC or not processing case for DPC.
1. can I approach to the CAT(Tribunal) for getting justice?.
2. can I pray in my OA(CAT Application) to give me promotion on adhoc basis till finalization of OA by CAT.
3. can i pray for reserve one vacancy unfill till final decision.
what will be situation. or any other remedies please suggest me if any.

Sir,
under LTC rules family defined includes two surviving unmarried children. but if two children are born before 1997 and two are born after 2000. but presently eldest has been married for eldest before marriage LTC was clamed.
1. what will be LTC entitlement for two unmarried surviving children those are born after 2000 in this case.
whether they are entitled to avail lTC or not?
I will be very grateful if position may clarify in this case...

I won a service matter case in CAT. 4 weeks time was time was initially given to the department for implementation. However they filed an MA seeking two months extra time for order implementation. They were granted this time and my contempt notice was kept in abyence. Department committed in CAT twice to implement the order. Meanwhile they are planning to file a writ in high court before expiry of two months.
Please let me know that after giving statement in CAT to implement the order, Can department go for writ or whether this writ is acceptable?

Case is on stage of workman evidence and affidavit tender and list of witness filed for summoning. On date respondents did not cross and submitted application for dismissal of reference on point of jurisdiction. Respondents although mentioned point of jurisdiction in their written statement earlier and rejoinder was filed that case is within jurisdiction. Now judge ordered for reply to be filed on respondents application. My query is that I am contesting my case at own due to financial constraints and have no other income source. Please advice me that when case was on workman evidence how can respondents filed such application at this stage and what can be done.

Sir, I was working in a PSU for last 3.5 years and cleared the probation. After got selected in Central govt group A service though proper channel I resigned from there 4 months before. Now, Can I ask for lien rule to go back to PSU, however there is no such provision in HR manual there.

There is old established union in company. Now 2nd trade Union is form with valid government registration no. But management is not responding to it from more than last half year.
What will be the resolution for 2nd trade Union which has low members than old one.

How do you deal with a Governemnt Employer who delays reimbursement of all sytatutory dues already paid and proof submitted by contractor for rimbursement for next months statutory dues. This is how they harrass contractors financially and breeds corruption in the system.
there is no quick fix remedy in the system to keep such people away.

Resignation during probation period
Sir,
I am an ex-servicemen (officer) and i have been re-employed in the Central Government (coast guard) from the last 8 months. My appointment letter indicates that i am under probation for a period of two years which implies that i am in probation period. I want to resign from the present service due to domestic issues. I have following queries:-
(a) Can i resign by giving a notice period of one month as specified in Rule 5 of the Central Civil Services (Temporary Service) Rules, 1965.
(b) If not, what is the procedure to resign and under what rules.
