need to know, after passing an ex-parte decree, one can marry after how many days. if he/she marry on 31st day n other person appeal on 35day, in this situation is marriage valid or not. plz help

It is regarding provisions for holding counselling activity of one or two petitioners who have submitted petition for divorce under mutual consent.
Considering current technological development over the years, I just wanted to know video calling/ conference features are used for counselling if one of the petitioner request for the same citing valid reason for his inability to present in person? If yes what is the procedure for the same. If not why?

Hi,
what are wife's right on husband house? If the house is in Mothers name and we are staying together. Everyday Mother in law fights with Wife and tell her to get lost from here. What do wife do in this case?

A & B married in 20/06/2008 in Maharashtra.
A birth date 02/08/1984 and b birth date 29/12/1993
But A was neither 24 year old nor B was 15 years old...
(first marriage not registered till date)
During 3 year after marriage, they got child date is 07/08/2012
than A get another marriage with girlfriend court marriage date is 26/12/2011
Now,
(1) is it possible to Registration of first Marriage ?
(2) which one marriage is legal?

Drear Sir/Madam,
I have filed a private case against my wife and others, my lawyer didnt follow up the case and its pending. In the meawhile after 9 months DV case filed through a lawyer who is associated with my past lawyer.
In one of the hearing my past lawyer himself approach my current lawyer for asking whether he is from the respondents side. When my lawyer asked whether he is going to argue from the applicant side for the interim application he said yes and in no time he denid and said some other lady will argue. None of them argued till date.
Can I file application for conflict of interest. Most of the time my past lawyer juniors are with my wife at the time of dates.
please advise on the same and also guide if there is any other remedy for this. At present i am not in a position to file complaint against lawyer.

Im a divorcee since 2008 holding the custody of a minor child.My ex has visitaion rights of the child.However he has not visited since 2008.
Many people have told me that I should have fought for the denial of visitaion rights.
Though at the time of divorce I pleaded for denial the family court judge refused and said its a fundmental right of the childs father and the same cannot be denied.
Can a family court deny minor child visitation rights for a biological father at the time of divorce?If yes, under what circumstances?

Appeal period is 30days
my lawyer is saying that after passing an ex-parte divorce decree other party can appeal in 30days only, after 30days a person can remarry. is it so?? if yes than plz explain what is 90days appeal period
