we are two brothers & 4 sisters we have ancesters property it is being partitioned since our parents have expired and i have no childrens does my share of property will have to go to my brother or his children if not what should i do to show this to my brother

we have a maid servant in our house.
she is trying to attract me.she is very sexy.
but I am afraid to make relationship with her.I am afraid that it may be her ploy.
I am afraid that she may blackmail me latter.
so I don't want to make any relationship with her.
but yesterday when my family members were not present in the house, I was sleeping at that time. she suddenly jumped on me and started kissing me.
I am really afraid now. somehow I was able to control myself.
what should I do now?
should I lodge a police complain against her?

my wife not allowing me inside my matrimonil house threatening me with police complaints and she has filed CRP 125 .just cross exam to start..a family of 3 daughters. when filed, 2 daughters were minor but now they are a is lso major. she had asked for maint for the daughters.. believe me it is false case. Actually the eldest daughter had a lovre affair with a boy and I used to advise..after her final year it appears she persuaded mother to file this case.. 2 YEARS PASSED.. She got a good job also but ask money herself and thru other 2 daughters.. I am tugged between affection and court proceedings .I see no ray of changes in them as all have improved in telling criminal lies with help of their lawyer. they are isolated from me and my family. yet I gave money to them in the last few months.. my wife has control of my funds in her name and she has not taken from her bank accounts so far telling that i took away passbooks..
anyway they do not understand life..
now i am more disturbed in mind.
I am thinking of a divorce
please tell me the consequences.
easy way to file divorce?

In a petition by wife for divorce on the ground of cruelty, the husband wants to concede divorce, without admitting to the allegations. What are the implications of such course. Wife is not agreeing to consent divorce. Can the court be asked to treat it as a petition for divorce by mutual consent. Is any other course open to the husband in the said circumstances.

we are two brothers & four sisters we have properties bought by our mother & father both expired and i have no childrens as of now and iam aged around 35 now our properties are being partitioned is there any law where my share should be given to my elder brother who has a male kid kindly let me know is such law exist.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have received a letter from a lady seeking for maintenance from her husband who is working with our organization. The letter we have received is through courier but it contains typing matter about the dowry she paid to him and other payments paid by her father. Now she has written a letter to our Chairman stating that she requires his 50% of salary. I am very sure that untill and unless we have a directions from the court of law by the hon'ble Judge we can not take any further step. Moreover our employee have not informed about this issue to us. Please guide us that what further step we can actually take. Also direct us some other ways. Expecting your response as soon as possible.

dear sir ,
now , i am dealing with an application under prevention of women from domestic violence act . i am on behalf of applicant . i had issued notices to non applicants through protection officer which returned with endorsement as 'refused' . the court refuse to consider this report . so , i again issued notice through police. but, for last two dates, reports on it is not submitted. the court want to wait for such reports. the court is not passing any interim relief till the report has come.
i want interim orders in this matter. since, these applications should be decided within 6 months , the court even didn't pass interim orders.
is there any other way for service of notice ? what further step should i take ? please guide me.
