Hi All Experts,
I am going through divorce in Family court,and not satisfied with my lawyer.
I want to change my lawyer could you please suggest what are the precautions i need to take before i made him aware of my decision.

pls help me : my client did regiestered marriage in oct of this year after she appered 18 .but now she realised her foolishness and she want to cancel this marriage she is 18. pls let me no the procedure to cancel registered marriage

A Husband got exparte decree for restitution of conjugal rights against his wife. After that also, the wife not turned out with him. The husband can go for remedy of Divorce against that wife after one year from the date of the decree.
Is there any ruling to waive the waiting of one year statutory period?

Hello Learned members,
Need your expert advise once again.
Court ordered visitation of chid in GWA custody case. Both side lawyer saw the order. On the next date wife does not come at all to court , neither does her lawyer. So no visitation could happen for first time. Would this amount to contempt of court ?
How does family court Judges look upon contempt application in visitation cases under GWA ?
Should we wait for 2-3 defaults then apply for contempt ? In that case how do we ensure that number of time contempt has happened in recorded in the court records ? Can we file purshis in this regard ?
Is execution of petition necessary before filling contempt of court ?
Please suggest.

Q)in mediation center incharge send report to court after counselling. i want to know what type of report they send? what is the format of such report?does report state that who is at fault either husband or wife?

Q)in a transfer petiton of my divorce case from jand k to punjab my wife files petion in s.c. on hearing court orders to refer my case to mediation center as my lawyer says that i am willing to do compromise and willing to withdraw my divorce case. my lawyer says as case was tilting towards my wife so as a tactics they delibrately refer case to mediation center. i want to know is it compulsory for me to do compromise with my wife now?/or to accept unjustify conditions of my wife? or i have to withdraw my divorce case?

there is a matter of love marriage and girl family mamber took her focefuly and now filed divrce petition and marriage not complete 1 year now petition filed by the girl due to the force u/s12hma on saying that boy gave her wrong imformation about his study etc and also filed application u/s14 hma ... this petition is maitainable or not???
and honable judge want reply on application u/s 14 i will give it aur argue for rejection the petition??/

I have filed a divorce and cruelty case again the wife and the same is pending at SUb Court. Desertion of wife from me almost completed 4 years. Wards are in my hand two years. Due to cruelty of wife, wards are returned to me. Now they have filed a case before the sessions court that to return back the wards under 25(1)guardian ship act. Whetehr I have a right to quash the petition filed at Sessions court or I have to counter for this
