We were in relationship, but the girl cheated on me. Now i want to tell her parents about our relationship, show them our photos of kissing. I want to hurt her now as her parents will get hurt by hearing all this about their daughter, she will get hurt too.
'I wanted to know' if this can cause harm to me as her parents might lodge a case against me.
I know they can file a case but is there any way to save myself from that.
Help me, any idea because I want to tell at her home, for sure.
They can tell false to police that this guy assaulted our daughter. And the girls have advantage in these types of cases
I'm in the final year of my B.tech, there will be semester exams after 15 days.
Would I be allowed to give my exams.
I have told her father today that I want to marry your daughter but the girl told her father that I'm disturbing her. Her father has told me that dont call to her or me or I will call the police.
Either I would suicide because of all this or I want to give the girl punishment or want to marry her. Help me in chosing one of these 3 paths.
Help me please.

( issue towards divorce from my side ) sir, Iam having personal liabilities up to 10 lakhs and moreover iam the only educated and elder son of family and i should take care my sister marriage so in this regards the maintenance amount what you have said that is minimum Rs.5,000/- can be decrease able upto Rs.2,000/- pm Thanking you

I am a landlord and have few tenants in Mumbai.
I want to know the legal provision if a tenant passes away and -
1. The wife and two sons are alive. They want to transfer tenancy on the name of the wife.(with all's concent)
2.The wife, 2 sons and 3 daughters are alive and want the tenancy tranfered in the name of one of the son.(with all's concent)
3. There is no immediate heir (no son or daughter) and the tenant is staying alone.
The tenancy is in the name of the mother who dies leaving behind 2 sons(staying together) and 2 married daughters. The sons are both wanting rights and want both names mentioned in the transfer.

My wife is away from me since one year. she has filed out of state 125 crpc and 498a against me and my family. I have applied for divorce on cruelty grounds. My divorce will quash both the cases against me and my family without paying anything to my wife or i have to pay .
please advise me

I got married in Sept 2010 and my wife stayed continually only 5days with me and in this five days she use to quarrel with me and with my family members and one day she made call to her family members told all lies on us and even her family members quarreled and abused us with filthy language and they took my and left to their house
And after 2 years my wife kept false 498a case on me and on my family members and police arrested and sent me to prison and after 1week I got bail and even my family members got anticipatory bail and last week Investigating Officer came to my ho and enquired and Investigating Officer said they will remove 3 names from Charge sheet and till now they did not submitted Charge sheet in the court.
Being with me only five days she kept false 498a case so I don’t want to stay with hr no more I want to give divorce to hr if myself I give divorce to hr what will b the maintenance or it will be permanent compensation to hr and iam unemployed person but qualified upto MBA and iam having personal debts also.So in this regards please advice me how to proceed for getting divorce from her.

the dispute is about matrimonial home...
normally matrimonial home belongs to both spouse as it is bought after marriage date but in the name of one spouse (wife)...

my brother married in 2010 not staying with her wife from the date of merriage merriage not consumated as well
can he file pitition for null and void merriage from the
place of merriage registration or from 3 places(same for divorce)
he never stayed with her at registration place
