Respected sir/mam.
This is Amit(27 years old) belongs to hindu family."I have done intercaste marriage(Temple+court) to hindu girl(26 years) before 2 years 6 months".Due to my carrier & some family issues we live separately to our parents home after marriage.She is in her parents home.But now we want to live together.Both families don't know about our marriage.We don't inform to her family because if we do so then their family can beat her,torture her or even kill her.We tried a lot to convince our family for our marriage but they deny & they are against of intercaste marriage.We also tried to talk my father-in-law & mother-in-law for our marriage but they talked harshly & threaten me to kill her if we think about marriage.So after looking these situations i have decided to bring my wife with me without informing her family & after bringing her to my home we'll inform all things to her family.If she is with me & her family know all things about us then they can't do anything to my wife she'll safe with me.I'm very worried & confused about what to do & how to do.
Sir/mam i need your advice:
1)As we are married & i am her husband.I have the right to bring her to my home without taking her parents permission or without informing their families?
2)This decision will be right for us?
3)If we take such steps then there will be any harm for us or this will be against law & order?
4)Are there any other way to bring her?
5)If we take such steps then what precautions we have to take so that our steps will not be against law & order & her family can't claim me to flee their daughter & prison me or they take police help to separate us?
6)If they want & take police & lawyers help then they can separate us?

Seeking your advice in below case.
Charged under 498A, Domestic violence, we arrange Arrest Stay and did compromise and came back with my wife in Dec'11. After 6 months, my in-laws decided that it seems unwise to drag the relation and let settle it out of court. Three meeting failed because of their demands. Later, they made a scene at my residence with their relatives and we had to go to local Police and again compromise happened and my spouse gave in written that she will continue this relation in correct manner and her father wrote that they will withdraw the case. But on third day, my wife again made some wounds on her body. Luckily, we escaped and her father took her away with her belonings and requested for meeting to settle, but settlement didn't happen. We received notices from National Mahila Ayog, CAW cell which got closed as same cases are already in action. My wife gave in written that she was not aware that case was still active and will fight the case.
On Aug 31, She applied in MAhila Ayog
on Sep 23, She created scene at my residence.
On Sep 26, She left my house with her father with her belongings. Her father gave in written that his daughter is returning with him in good condition and they will accept court's decision. Same day he went to local police station with some marks on body and complaied against us got medical certificate.
On Oct 1, she applied in CAW with that medical certificate. This case got closed in first hearing on same day as same case was still active.
Now my question is,
I) Can't I file a police case against my wife for misusing laws as dates mentioned shows her intentions. Please guide..
II) I and my family are on interim bail for last 14 months and to fight the case, will we need permanent bail or interim bail will become permanent or I have to go behind bars to get bail because of our system as females are always considered.

sir, do we have any reputed law firm in kolkata.
I presently have 3 -4 lawyers at different courts and chasing these lawyers and providing each of them with updates ,becomes very difficult.
I am looking forward to a lwafirm, which will do the case study and handle all my cases.
As my present lawyer's are not net savvy and asks me to be present in each hearing or else they file a absent petition.
also they do not behave properly.

I have been asked by lower court to give a monthly interim alimony of rs 8000 per month.
I had filed for revision at ADJM court, conditionally was told to pay rs 6000 per month.
Later ,i lost the case(criminal revision) and my wife filed a money execution case for the balance money.
I was asked by lower court to pay the balance rs 36000 in 3 installments.
I paid the MEX money in 3 installments through netbanking,i had been paying money as usual by net banking only.
but i could not pay the regular monthly 8000rs.
my lawyer told the court that i paid the mex money and i could not pay the regular 8000 rs.
I visited save india family and they told me that ,please do not give money so easily to your wife.so, next month i paid only 4000rs.
I am on ship presently,i came to know that warrant is out for mex case.
sir, how to deal with these situations.
as the in laws are filing more cases with my money only.they keep sending lawyer notices.
my wife ,she is a double graduate without any job experience.
if we give money, specifically, do we have to intimate for mex/125 ,this money has been given.
what is the best way to handle mex or paying alimonies?

Now, both Divorce and RCR petitions are in evidence stage. There are two IAs, one for potency test and another one for joint trial, pending on Divorce petition.
So, can court start trial in RCR before deciding the IAs filed on divorce petition? I'm asking this because,on last date, the petitioner in divorce case requested the court to start trial.

A women already married with another man without taking divorce from him. she has filed application under domestic violence act for maintenance against my client on the basis of notary marriage agreement with my client. Whether she is lawfully entitled to get maintenance on basis notary marriage agreement.

I got married on 10/12/2010 my wife stayed only five days with me after marriage and she quarreled with me and left to her house so now I want to take divorce from her so in this regards whether she is having any right in my property.

I have been allowed by lower court to work abroad after submitting my visa and passport xeroxes.I am a sailor
My in laws tried to impound my passport but in vain.
sir,i am on confirmed court bail on 498A case.
My query is that i need to go to united kingdom for a 10 months college for a particular course.
what should i do regarding the same, should i notify the lower court and then go.
i am afraid that lower court will not allow for this much longer period.
i have already booked my seat in college.
as per the court order,"he has to give his voyage details and xeroxes of passport and visa and should return after 3 months, presently i am sailing in Indian water only.

Sir, My wife stayed with me only five days and she quarreled with me and with my family members and she left my house and she kept false 498a case on me and on my family members after two years if myself I give divorce to her she is having any right in my property for share ( she did not stayed with me at least one week after marriage )in this regards please advice me how to proceed for getting divorce from her.
