I am currently 41 years and wish to make a will.
1) Can I include my retirement benefits like Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc. in my will although this is not available with me as of now, but will be paid by my company on my retirment or death (if it occurs earlier).
2) Is it always necessary to give a reason justifying the share of each beneficiary in the will? Will this help in probate of the will if challenged?
I OWE ONLY ONE PROPERTY WHICH I WANT TO GIFT TO MY ONLY SON AND TO MY WIFE THROUGH HIBA.I HAVE THREE DAUGHTERS ALSO. CAN I GIVE 1/3RD TO MY SON AND 1/3RD TO MY WIFE AND KEEP 1/3RD TO MYSELF? SHOULD I WRITE A DEED AND REGISTER IT OR ORALLY GIFT IT? IS IT VALID UNDER THE ISLAMIC LAW TO GIFT MORE THAN 1/3? IF I HAVE DONE AS ABOVE IS IT AGAINST ANY LAW PROVISION? IN SUCH CASE WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO RECTIFY IT?

Dear Experts,
1 lady (Age 28-30 Years)jo ki pehle se shadi suda hai, usne mere chote bhai (Age 18 Years)ko apne pyar ke chakkar me fasa liya hai. Ab woh aurat & mera bhai apna ghar chod kar kahi rent par reh rahe hai.
Kisi samasya se bachne ke liye humne news paper me notice de diya ki ab mere bhai se mera koi bhi rista nahi, and apne galatiyo ke liye woh khud jimmedar hoga.
Agar phir bhi meri family par koi samasya aye toh mujhe is situation me kya karna chahiye. Please advice.

Husband and wife are Muslims.
wife is continuously asking for divorce.
So, husband is about to do talaaq his wife.
While doing talaaq, will the following agreement between husband and wive's father on a stamp paper of Rs 100 be legal? (Please note that the agreement is not with husband and wife. It is with husband and wive's father.)
"There will not be any legal claim from husband or wife in the future for restitution of matrimonial rights against the other"
If this agreement is done, can wife claim in the future for any type of restitution of matrimonial rights against the husband?
(Please note that the agreement is not with husband and wife. It is with husband and wive's father.)

Sir/Madam
My wife has submitted in her 125 petition that she hasn't been doing any job. In my reply, I have attached her appointment letter.
Will Hon'ble court itself will ask for her employment details from the said employer or I have to file application U/S 91.
Please guide. Thanks
