Dear Sir, i file domastic case against my husband. In meditation he is ready tolive with me from 1 april 2013. But he not come. now he refused to live with me. In front of judge hegave me in written that he live with me from 1st April. what i do now. my next case date is 2 may.

I am currently unemployed and had left my previous job because of my wife had done adultery with my boss. And currently doing intership, no sure about the job. and started fighting my case in family court. So if my wife asks me to give maintance, what should i do?

My wife filed an FIR blaming me with
498A / 323 / 504 / 506 IPC & 3/4 DP Act.
Just after I filled a case for divorce because my wife had done adultery with my boss.
All allegations are fake.
After I filed my case in family court I filed an NCR that my wife can plan such things. And she did.
Please help me and guide me.

Is it possible that a wife can claim on her husbands parents property if her husband is unemployed?

My name is MUDASSIRKHAN i am a Muslim.....
My granpa have expired in august 2011 he is served by only son & only daughter
He has gifted a part of his property to his daughter during his life.... Now the remaining propety he has gifted to my father by "HIBA NAMA" in the year 1999 with two muslim witness duely signed on the Stamp but my father did enforced the "HIBA NAMA" & did not get the property transferred to his name....
My question is can that HIBA NAMA be enforced now for property transfer or it stand cancels as my grandpa is expired now..
As of now my Fathers Sister is agagin demending her share.. does her claim is justified

hello experts,
my name is raj and have been married since 2001,have 2 kids,my wife has been ill treating me and has done the same with my parents and brother too from day one,I reside abroad as Im employed there,my wife had never treated my parents well and as I had bought a house on her insistence in the same buldg in 2004 but just staying above my parents house she never gave access to my parents of my children,she's been dominating,agressive,voilent in nature,hurling filthy abuses which no one does in our house hold,she even let her boss sleep for a night in my house in my absence which the immediate neighbours are testimony to,shes fought with most of the building people on some pretext or the other,nobody is in talking terms with her,she is schiziophenic in nature, then my father expired in 2008 fretting for his grand children and mother expired in 2011 bearing this womans atrocities, during all this phase she never took care of my parents and when I asked her about it she said thats the way she is and on the contrary she asks me for money only,even when she used to phone me she never inquired about my health or my sufferings the only sentence she manages is when would I be sending her the money for expense so I thought that when she has been a total failure as a wife and a daughter inlaw why should I send her expense and stopped sending her expense thats almost 2yrs now,so lately she tried to lodge a NC against me in a police station saying that Im not paying her expenses and as I reside abroad the police called me on my mobile and asked me to reconcile with my wife which I dont want to,to be frank I love my children but because my wife is taking undue advantage of my love for my children I stopped sending her expense,her family is supporting her and shez working too,now the query I want to put forth before all u esteemed people is when I come down to india she may file a case against me for not giving her expenses and probably she may go further by putting false cases on me,but to my knowledge as I dont reside with her so DV is out of the question and 498A doesnt apply as we being catholics theres no dowry system entertained in our caste,so what are the probable allegations she can file against me legally?thirdly will my passport be confiscated?fourthly will I have to be in india till the case is over as I get only 40 days leave?my only say in all this is that till 2yrs back Ive fullfilled all my responsibilities as a husband and father but have been cheated,but if I file for divorce I may have to give her alimony which she does not deserve in any way.so please guide me with the factuals regarding my case,thanking u in antisipation,

Hi,
A residential order has been passed by the magistrate in my DVC.
I need to pay my wife rental money starting from coming few days.
But my advocate is away for some time and I need to obtain the order copy.
How do I get it? Can I go to the court and ask for a copy?
I live in a separate city and my whole family are respondents in the DVC. Can any one of them go and get a copy?
Will it be sent to me by post?

Query about section 24 interim maintenance
Dear sirs/Madam!
As posted previously,I have a divorce case under cruelty in the sessions court filed in 2011.My wife filed interim maintenance case under section 24 in December,2011 and was awarded 15000 and arrears of 2 lakhs which I paid.Subsequently they appealed the maintenance judgement and the High Court is hearing the case.
Questions:
1)If the original divorce case in the sessions court gets over(it`s likely to finish in six months)then do I stop paying any interim maintenance till they file another case for maintenance?
2)If the divorce case(based on cruelty) gets over and either party goes on appeal in the High Courts and the judge awards an increased maintenance amount payable to them(say 25000),do I still have to pay arrears from the original filing date of section 24 in December,2011 or does it all start new as this is a new case?
