My wife is mba. I have filed divorce case after one month of marriage. We never consumate the marriage. So I have filed for null and void marriage case.
She was working before marriage and was earning more then then me. How much maintenance she is entited for. She has asked 15 lakhs as compensation. After marriage she is not working.

Muslim lovers secretly married with help of girls uncle under muslim law. They prepare a marriage certificate their own. In that both of them signed, with two witnesses and Girls uncle as Wali. Curretly parents of the girl had informed about this and they do not allow her to leave the home or contact the boy. Parents also considering to marry the girl immediatly.
Now the boy want to take her with him. What are his options?
Is this marriage certificate valid under law?
Can he go for habeas corpus?
Or go to family court and ask for restitution of conjugal rights?
Which option is better and how much time will take?
Because girls family trying to convince her by force for marriage (parents threatens her that they will suiside)

she ask in police complete i demand 2lakh dowry .she totaly false. she also ask same in 125 crpc. police never launch any f i r againts me or never give me cleanchit. in this time if can i files prejury or manhani case what helping me. can i files this case that time.

can a maintenance application be amended? if yes under which section? only the pleadings have to be changed not the amount.

My husband and me got divorced about 2 years back and we have a 7 year old daughter. Custody of my daughter has been with me ever since her birth. I do not have any explicit custody orders with me as my husband did not fight for custody. My husband has not been in touch with me or my daughter ever since the divorce . I want to take her abroad now and for her visa i need a explicit custody order / NOC from my husband. My husband refused to give me a NOC when i recently contacted him ( just for pure harassment and he has never been bothered to meet my child ) .
Is it possible for the court to help me out in this ? Any legal remedies to get this resolved ?

I filed Divorce under Physical and mental cruelty in Addl session judge court. As explained in counceling that I have been beaten by my in laws and Jailed U/s 107-151 as wife agreed upon it (that her relatives have beaten me )but not ready to divorce me ,Judge agreed that you faced mental and emotion break up . Please let me know if i am ready to take my child(5 years) with me than how long i have to wait for Divorce? .. I explained judge that i may be murdered by her anytime ,as she has tried in past.

hi im anil my name is anil and yesterday i got a call from CAW saket delhi that the FIR is going to be registered so kindly arranged AB and my divorce case is subjudice in court .

Child support
i have two queries.
a woman cites acute financial hardship and prays to court that she is not able to maintain herself and her child.
can a woman ask for maintenance on behalf of her minor child under CrPC 125 in the same petition or does the child need to file a separate petition?
what happens to the child if the father doesn't pay maintenance and put to prison, can The Juvenile Justice (Care And Protection Of Children) Act, 2000 be invoked and child taken by govt. to provide for care as the mother had already submitted that she is not able to maintain the child?
