My grandfather has agricultural land in Rajasthan. My father has one more brother so ideally the land should be equally divided between the two sons but we came to know that grandfather is trying to sell and benefit my uncle as he is baised. The land also has some marginal agricultural loan standings under the KCC scheme from SBI.
So can someone advise on the legal procedure we should follow to avoid getting ripped of the land. Also please let me know what is time taken to get no due certificate from SBI bank against the KCC loan in rural areas to proceed with selling and transferring of land to someone as this will give us some time to act.

Hi I am posting this on behalf of my younger sister who is perusing graduation. My parents have stopped interacting with me as my so called elder brother has started living nearby on the sake of parents property. Since my brother has started living there, my parents along with him have started abusing my sister. They torture her mentally, abuse her, stops her expenses whenever they feel like. They all harass her and my parents instead of protecting their daughter, give full support to my brother. They ask her to leave home untimely. Their favouritsm has made my younger sister’s life miserable. They do as per their son. My brother is a 35 year old man well earning , his wife has a government job. But my sister is not earning, she is just a student. To all the lawyers out here, please provide suitable suggestion which I can pass on to my sister which can help her to get out of this hell life

Sir / Madam
I am widowed lady of 65 years. I am retired Govt School teacher , residing in my own DDA LIG flat in Rohini. About 2 years after my son's marriage, my son and daughter in law started mistreating and abusing me for the flat. They want me to transfer the flat in their joint name , and want me to do all household work, and look after my grandchild at home. They don't allow me to go out, or visit temple.
Last year with help of neighbors, I filed a case in Rohini Courts under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act to evict them from my flat. But my son and his wife filed DV Act against her husband (my son) and me, and had got residence order under DV Act that allowed them to stay in my flat. Last one year I have lived in constant fear of my son and daughter in law, they shout at me, even slapped me twice, and as there is only one entrance gate of flat, I don't go out much (once a week) out of fear of my son.
Now I have been told by my lawyer Mr Gupta that after the Supreme Court judgement, my daughter in law and son can't be evicted from flat whatsoever. Although I have read the DV Act, and it mentions providing alternate accommodation to the daughter in law by husband.... Then why doesn't Court ask my son to provide accommodation to his wife ? Why are they staying in my house ?
Please any replies will be helpful, as I have lost hope to live in this world.

Quietus form all matrimonial cases
Sir,
My wife living separately from 2012.
On 2014 she files 125 CRPC but the same is dismissed for default.
On 2016 husband files Divorce petition, the case is pending.
On 2017 she filed 498 A , that case is pending.
On 2018 she again filed 125 CRPC praying interim maintenance but the court rejects prayer for interim maintenance and proceed the case. The case is pending.
Husband wants Quietus from all litigation and offered for mutual divorce but wife is not agreed, she wants monthly maintenance.
Husband is becoming mental patient, it seems a sword of law is always hanging over his neck. He just want peace for rest of life.
Sir,
Is there any provision in Indian Law that could help husband to get Quietus from such wife by paying onetime alimony ?
