In mutual consent divorce once a petition is filed court will put six months time to give divorce, is there any provision where this six months period will be shortened

i am 25 years old married girl.i got married 2 years before.my husband is really a nice guy but d problem is that after 2 months of my marriage i came to know by my mother in law that he has married me coz just of the family pressure.he hadn't marry me willingly.i was nt aware of this fact before my marriage.though i don't have any complaints with my husband but every second i feel as i've destroyed his life.even after 2 years of marriage i never feel any concern,feeling of safety or intimacy from his side,he is so neutral,though i try alot to get into relatoinship.but he is leading his life as just his duty..this feeling is like burden to me.i don't know how will i lead my whole life with this guilty..what should i do?can i divorce him so that he can lead his life with the person of his own choice?if yes than on what grounds? please help me???

I have 2 brothers, elder one is phyziohernic for the last 20 years and my middle brother is divorced. I am the youngest ( sister)of all. We lost our mother in 2006 and father in sep 2009. My parents suffered a lot after my middle brother came and started to stay with them. All my relations know about it. Nobody talks to him now. When my father was in the hospital, I was completely looking after him and paid the complete bill of app 2.5 lacs ( I had to borrow as well )He did not come even for a day. My cousin even asked for the money from him but he denied saying that he does not have it. He was staying at my father's place and enjoying, drinking. My father during his last few days kept telling me to consult the lawyer as he was scared that after his death this brother would harass me. We could not do it as I was all alone and could not leave my father. Now I have kept the full time servant at home to look after my ill brother, I am taking care of all the expenses of that house as well ( servant's salary, ration, Electricity etc) . I did promise him that I will give him 3rd share of the property but live in peace till we sell it but he keeps abusing me , beats our servant so that he leaves us ( so that he can get some lady and then he will have the sole power in the house). The only proof I have is our relatives who can tell the torture he did to my parents. He goes for 7-10 days somewhere ( according to him he goes for his deals- does some small time business) but when he comes he drinks and call us up on phone in the midnight and threatens us. Our life is miserable. Can I file a police complaint? Pleae advise on this case. I just want sucession certificate to be made and will sell the property and give him his 3rd share. His wife has also thrown him out.

Wife has filed 498A and DV and in reply to divorce petition, she puts all the counter allegations of cruelty and states that she is still willing to live with her husband. Isn't it conradictory stand on part of wife as 498A is cruelty is of such an extent that wife can't be expected to live with her husband. Is such a desire of the wife genuine?
Husband has filed divorce based on cruelty and desertion and he has disproved the allegations made by wife in 498A and DV.

Sir,
As i asked you earlier that i'm a male,hindu and got married a love marriage and she is also hindu and after three months of marriage she desserted me and married another person without taking divorce and before the 2nd marriage i got an injunction from the court restraining her from marrying any other and inspite of injunction she married by rejecting injunction orders and in which his father is also a parte and from then were dragging the case deliberately and saying that the photos and negatives of the said marriage are fabricated and created.how to prove this?????
And i have few more evidences like
1.She filed a case against me in p.s while desserting me (DVC) in which she specified that i'm her husband and case was not registered but a certified copy of G.D Entry and complaint copy are there with me how far court believes this ??
please tell me how to approach in my case ??
now she was not accepting notice from the court saying that surname was wrong.how to solve ..???

RESPECTED EXPERTS THANKS FOR VALUABLE REPONSE
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF MY WIFE LIVING WITH ME FOR LAST ONE YEAR BUT REFUSE TO HAVE SEXUAL RELATION WITH ME, WE HAD HAVE 2, OR 3 TIMES SEX IN THE FIRST MONTH AFTER MARRIAGE, NOW SHE TOTALLY REFUSES TO HAVE SEX WITH ME FOR LAST ONE YEAR DUE TO SOME PSCHYO PROBLEM FOR WHICH I AM SHOWING HER TO DOCTOR BUT MY IN LAWS ARE NOT COOPERATING FOR HER TREATMENT.

CAN MEDICAL TEST SHOW THE PERIOD OF ABSENCE OF SEXUAL RELATION.?
WE HAD HAVE SEX ONLY 2, OR 3 TIMES JUST AFTER MARRIAGE, WILL IT EFFECT MY DIVORCE PETITION.?
SHE REFUSES TO DO HOUSEHOLD WORK, SUCH AS COOKING, WASHING, EVEN NOT SPEAK WITH HUSBAND, IT IS GROUND FOR DIVORCE. ?

I want to know that wheather a couple who married under hindu customs , his Registration under marriagege act is necessary or not.
If one of them or both are moving to abroad from India ?
