i want divorce from my husband and maintenance for my child who is 3 months old,my husband does not earn at all from past one year and gave me mental torture from the day we got married.and my father in law insults me every now and then in front of people.he sends all abusive messages to my dad and me on our mobile.and now he is linking me with my friends that i have affair with them.he used all my money from the bank for playing gambling,and never came home on time.and tried to commit suicide many times,and robbed my gold also to play gambling,i want justice and the custody of my child please help.mahi

All the grounds mentioned by you are sufficient for seeking divorce from such person. Even if he is not earning anything even then you should file an application under section 24 of MMA and you should also file petition/application under DV Act.

now he says that i have proof that u had affairs with a guy called malik , in fact i had only told about malik to him i had said that malik and i used to work in hospital together and i had god proposal from his family for marriage but my dad refused because we are malyalee muslims and they are muslims from hyderabad thats all,he says i used to talk with that guy on phone the servant maid saw but i never spoke with that guy and i really loved my husband a lot and trusted on him.

What do you exactly mean by "I wan't justice?"

Do you want to save ur marriage or just want to punish ur Husband or want both?

You have to first make up your mind and then seek legal advise.

Otherwise Shri makkad is already there to give you all ill advises to destroy your marriage.
