My wife left me and my infant child(2yrs old female now )in Jan 2010 ,when baby was 14 monts and was not well . She left as i refused to leave my old age parents and after 4 days of leaving home , she filed 406/ 498A on me and my old parents , we are no on bail, having stay on our proceedings by high court. After coming out from judicial custody, I filed section 9 case on which wife got stay as she filed for case transfer to her place....As my baby is too weak and my parents being of old age(70+) are unable to take care , i being the only son and having touring job unable to take proper care. My wife never looked back on baby since she left. Can i file some application in court asking her to take care of the child ?? or can do something so that she can refuse in court to take child so that My elder sister can adopt baby....plz advise urgently

Is there a time limit for filing charge sheet for filing Charge Sheet after registering an FIR ? If not what are the options for the accused who have obtained AB and have been complying with the conditions, but is being inconvenienced by the delay ? This query is in context of bogus complaint which is being accommodated mischievously by the police

65yr old widow lady wants to sell d room. She got 5 kids out of which one elder son not agree. Can she sell the room without his signatures?
"GF" the grandfather disposed his share in the undivided joint family to his grandson "GS".Later "GF"s son "S" died without any will.
In a partition between "GS" and his son "GGS" what will be the share of "GGS" in the whole property?. 1/2 or 1/4?

Registered adoption deed mentioned the age of the adoptive son to be 17 years at the time of the adoption. adoption challenged on this ground. Adopted son produced as evidence his school certificate which shows that he was 15 years of age at the time of adoption. which document should be taken into consideration by the court. Adoption whether valid?? Both the parties are Hindu.

My spouse has left home threatening 498 etc after 5 years of marriage,if i do not leave my parents to live separately
with her.
she has already taken the money contributed towards the joint flat. Her family is threatening to go against my married sister and my elderly father who is a senior citizen. We have no issue from the marriage.
I want to stand guard for my family as they have already been left traumatised.
They called and slyly took my sister's address who lives in Noida with her husnband & in-laws and accused her of the break up. Threatened her of dire consequences.
Please suggest a good divorce lawyer in Delhi, i know my estranged spouse have hired the services of a HOGH COURT LAWYER.
What could be the possible out come if she does what she threatened.
what kind of approach shall we take to solve the matter and avoid any untoward hiccups or harm to my family.
Thanks & regards
