wife charged fir 498a etc then maintenance claim with pwdv act-
with maintenance claim she did not filed domestic incident report further while granting interim relief the court also did not called any domestic incident report
can i ask court with written appeal to call for domestic incident report as i think it will also help to process of 498a for acquittal?
can i ask trial court where the 498a is still on evidence, wife is not taking summons, to give any evidence with pray that wife has also filed for maintenance at her maternal city in pwdv act to call for domestic incidence report?
what to do if both the court reject to call for the said report?

Due to illegal affair wife left the house in March 2010, I file RCR April 2010 but she & her father could not taken the RCR information and even after knowing the RCR she file 125, and DV under section of 12, 18,19,20,21,22 in the month of June 2010.
Ist I want to know what is the defenation and impact of DV 12 & 18 to 22.
Secondly, We try our best to resolve this problem, even we have offer a huge amount for settlement for this issue through reputed persons.
Her father who is govt.officer, still blackmailing & threatening us & to impose another cases , and demanding settlement amount in CASE ONLY.
Her daughter living with other ?? since last 8 months.
Kindly suggest in this situation what we do and what kind of steps could be taken to rid the such people.

RESPECTED SIRS,HUSBAND,I GOT RCR TWO MONTHS AGO.DUE TO LATEST DEVELOPEMENTS I WANT DIVORCE.ITS ALMOST TWO YEARS OF DESERTION.THERE ARE SOME EYE WITNESSES REGARDING HER DESERTION & MOTIVE IN THE FORM OF NEIGHBOURS.NOW I WANT TO FILE DIVORCE.
1)IS IT MAINTAINABLE?
2)IS IT MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE IN PERMANENT MAINTANANCE OF "RCR AFTER ONE YEAR OF DIVORCE AND DESERTION DIVORCE"?

dear sirs,its almost one and half year my wife desertion.i filed for rcr six months back june-10.i had taken four dates.she did not attended.on the first date i got to know that she managed the notices without taking.on the third date onwards i heard that through my council that there is no judge in senior civil judge,gudur,nellore,a.p.he says that the judge will come on june-11 onwards.presently only on friday judge is being deputed.my mother was sick.my father and me are facing trouble for house hold works.
1)is there any chance to transfer my rcr petition to family court of nellore at this stage to speed up?
2)or there is any chance for a new rcr petition in family court?

thanking you experts&forum. dear sirs,counter blast of rcr ,my wife filed 125.i am agovt employee of a.p.the summons send to my old office address without my knowledge,i had transfered.is it possible to consider as an exparte maintanance decree without notices duly served?

I have been deserted by my inlaws, basically my mother in law. my husband is scared of his mother so he doesn't support me at all. my mother in law has emotionally hurted and tortured me alot. In my 2 months of marriage i was always under pressure that my marriage might break, My mother in law interferes too much and she want me and my husband to divorce reach other, she influences my husband to leave me. I don't want divorce and want to stay with him but my husband is not able to take any decision and he is very much scared of his mother, thats the resaon he doesn't call me and neither takes my call. One day he had called me, and he was very upset and said that his mother doesn't know that he was talking to me and if she gets to know she will screw my husband. And after that when i called my husband he didn't pick my call and now he is not responding again.My husband won't confess that he is scared of his mom, so how will i prove my mother in law's intensions, unfortunately i have no recordings nothing,i just have one proof that when me & my parents tried to reconcile my mother in law didn't supported at all,she was not allowing my husband to speak,and protection officer report is with me, that my inlaws didn't cooperate at all for the reconciliation. Now how shall i deal with all this??? Note- i don't want to try for RCR. So i can file which case here other then RCR.
Is it cruelty by my mother in law or domestic violence ??
What case can i file regarding this ????

Sir, My father's uncle gave him some property gratuitously on his personal name but my uncles are claiming it as HUF and demanding share..plz suggest as there is no where written it is joint prop nor anything except my fathers name. i am law student which act would be applicable if i want to study this case.
