what is the amount of maintainence if husband and wife have stayed for less than six months with each other and can the maintainece be finished if husband and wife not stayed together for last seven years they had no contact and can it be a ground for automatic divorce please tell me

SIR,
I have done a registered marriage 3 years ago with a girl but we dont have cohabited since then. But now i found that the Registration should not have been done because there exists vast differences in both of us. I m now 33. I got the registration out of some emotion for which I m now lamenting. Since we have not lived together, can this marriage be annulled. The girl actually dont want to get this marriage annulled. The marriage certificate is with her and she will never hand over it to me. Without the certificate, is it possible to get annulment? Can a marriage annulment application be produced at court from only my side without her concent? Help me sir, I m in a great trouble. I just cannot start living with her. I m a govt servant and this case has taken away my peace of mind. The registration was actually done in a hurry and I was not in a position to think and decide rightly at that time. This also was done against my parents knowledge. Now the girl is forcing me to start living together. But I can never consummate with that girl due to complete dissimilarity between thinking and habits of us.Please help me and guide me to get this marriage annuled one sidedly.

Sir,
I have filed restitute of "conjugal rights case" before sending Advocate's legal notice "that I am ready to live toghether at my working place if she comes" to my wife. She has not come and lived with me for past 8 months. She is with her parents house in another place.
But I heard that legal notice is having more weightage than RCR case.
Will it be appropriate for me to send legal notice now through another advocate before first hearing of RCR. First hearing is after one week.

By a family partition deed a property, a house in the village was allotted to me and 5 brothers leaving out the two sisters when I was a minor in the year 1969.The sisters have married off and I have settled off the 4 brothers in the year 1991 and 1992 leaving out one brother. Now I am asking this one brother to take settlement. Now this brother is who was a signatory in the original settlement in the year 1969, has instigated the two sisters and demanding the share for these two sisters now while they were all silent at the time of taking settlement from the 4 brothers in the year 1991 and 1992.
Clarifications are sought for the following with muslim succession law, if any.
Whether the two sisters are right to demand their share now after 41 years after being silent when the settlement was done for the 4 brothers in 1991 and 1992?
Are they not barred from demanding their share because of limitation of time such as 41 years?

Sir,
my mother & mother's sister & her brother are three childrens to my grandfather . My grand mother died of cancer ten years back. since then my mother & her sister are denied of no property .
They have three properties ! But my grand father supports my uncle only .
How could we get the property as we dont know on whose name is that ( grand father or grand mother )
