if husband wife are living seperately for the last years then can the husband can cancel the maintainence considering that both husband wife are equally resposible for not coming together and wife is well educated and was a qualified teacher before marriage. both husband and wife are equally responsible for not compromising on that ground can the maintainence be cancelled

if a judga has given wrong and biased decision how one can catch him and get it corrected and also punish the judge for giving wrong and biased decision without any evidence solid

I was married on Jan 2009 after few months my wife creating problem because of her ego and she is not trust anyone and very shaaki type of girl. we have a lot of misunderstanding and a lot of day to day issues. I try a lot but she not ready for anything.

Sir,
I married my close relative cousin sister on 20.10.2007 and after 3 months of marriage, without any reason she refuse to come to my home and was with her Parents, after many request by way of letter and with the help of relatives, she came and atlast 5th time she went with her Father saying she will return in a week time. But she failed to return. Finally I filed a petition at Shariat Jamaath court requesting to make us to leave together. This went for 6 months and finally they order me to leave with my wife for few months at her Parents home at weekends. But this also stopped by them saying, I'm mentally affected.
In the meantime after few months, a Marriage in my locality was stopped from groom side, just few days before to marriage date. And after checking the legal procedures and speaking with the Bride and with her family disclosing all my matter about 1st wife. I married the Bride. But to my surprise, my 1st wife insists for divorce saying, they were to join with me and meantime, I went for 2nd marriage. Also they want Divorce from my end to get their divorce settlement benefit. I refused and insist to leave together.
They tried illegal ways to get divorce by gundagry and also filed a petition under 498a & 494. But after getting A.B from Madras High court, finally they failed.
Now I want to leave with my 1st wife also. Please advise me, can I file Restitution of conjugal rights? to retain my 1st wife relation and also to try to leave with her.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Does the adopted son will have Right to enjoy the property of Natural father?
My father was adopted when he was 14 years old with all proper legal procedures.
my grandfather has 3 sons (including my father), and only my father was adopted by grand fathers brother.
Please let us know if there were any earlier judgements or Acts or Laws indicting my father has right to ask the share in property of Natural father.

My case was at respondent evidence. Respondent is my wife. But she did not attend the court and her lawyer also. Then the case posted for Arguments and they did not come. Then the case posted for judgement.
Y'day,my wife came along wiht her lawyer and submitted application for repondent evidence. But judge rejected. The matter again argued and finaly court rejected their application and it is allowed for divorce granted.
What will happen next from repondent side?. Will the matter continue again in family court or they will go to high court?
Kindly advice and what should i do ?

Please let me know whether my registered marriage be annulled on the ground that while registration was going on I was under influence of alcohol and was not in a position to think what was right and wrong? I m a central govt. servant of 33 years and did Court marriage 4 years ago. But we havent started living together. I m in a great trouble now as the girl repeatedly harassing me to live together and my professional life has become a hell in answering her questions. I just cannot live together with her as I found there exists a vast dissimilarity of thinkings and habits between us. I requested her to get divorce from me, but she refused. Please help me sir. What should I do? If forcefully I have to live with her, my life will become a hell. So, I m asking you whether this registration be annulled on my above said ground? Because all other grounds may not be applicable for annulment. What proof will have to be produced to show that at the time of marriage, i was completely under influence of drugs or alcohol and not in a position to think what i was going to do? Please help me....

My grandfather willed his property to his four sons before dying.The property was partitioned according to the will after his death .Now my father wants to sell his share of the property .Can he do so without the permission of his three children who are above 18 yrs ? Does he have to take a no objection from all his children? Do we children have a right to this ancestral property when he is alive.

Wife's claim on Husband and family jewellary
Dear experts,
IF husband purchase jewellary, receipts on husbands name as investment purpose and wife allowed to use on family occassion. Or some other jewellay receipts on some other name and wife used on some family occassion she can claim as part of streedhan?
