My friend wife is in an affair with her boss.
She now want him to divorce leaving her family and 2 kids.
My friend wants to serve a notice to his wife and also to his boss about this affair and want his wife suspended from job immediately or his boss sacked for womanizing co workers..
What is the best way to go about.
for sure my friend wants to teach his wife's boss a lesson..

Hi,
I had separated from my husband around a year ago. I just left our home and came to my parents place. But after sometime I have been trying to contact him on the phone as well as through e-mail. Requesting him if i can come back. But he has not replied to any of my calls or mails. It is mainly because of his mother and sister who are against us getting back together.
I also have a 4 year old daughter and has been married for 9 years now.
I want to join with him, any you please tell me what are the options i have and also make sure that they are no hindrances or interference from my in-laws side.

X the wife and Y, the husband are married since 7 years, As due to harassment and mental torture by her inlaws and husband they separated. They are living separately since last 4 years . X the wife is working in private firm whereas Y the husband is manager in Nationalised Bank. They have a son from their wedlock and the child is living with X since last four years. Y, the husband never bothered to call X or enquire about their son since last four years. A maintenance petition was filed by the X the wife, under Cr. PC and Hindu marriage Act two months back. The first date was couple of days back where the copy of the petitions was handed to the husband-Y, and acknowledgement was taken. The presence of both X and Y were marked by the clerk of the family court and next date was given.
The Next day Y went to the school of the son and tried to get the custody of son from the school authorities. He paid the fees of the next term and tried to convince the school authorities that he is father and wants the custody of the child. But as X, the wife submitted an application 7 months back that the custody of the child should be given to herself, her sister and brother alongwith their photos and signature. So Y, the husband could not get the custody.
Now my queries are as follows :
1. Can Y, the husband can get the custody of the son in any circumstances.
2. Can Y get the custody of son without the permission of the court
3. Suppose Y somehow mischievously succeeds in getting the custody of child and runs away then what steps can be taken to get back the child to X the mother, What legal action can be taken against Y.
4. What are the legal options available to X the wife.

I am 28yrs old, married(arranged marriage) from past 1.5 years and my husband doesn't co-operate for having a child, nor he is interested to have physical relationship with me. The reason he gives is that he isn't attracted to me and says that I am not good looking.
Recently my parents came to speak about this issue and he shouted and insulted them saying that I am not good looking, have beaten him and abused him with bad words which are false. I beat him just for fun 1 year back and he says its seriously I have beaten him. Also just when he started saying that he wants to remarry and wants divorce, I have started abusing him.
I think there is some medical problem with him that he can't have phy releationship with me and he refuses to walkin to hospital with me.
Now a days he started threatening me to give divorce with mutual consent.
He in any case isn't ready to compromise as I even told him that I don't need phy relation and will not ask you baby, just stay with me honestly instead of going for another women.
Also his mother says that if still his son doesn't feel like having phy relationship with me, they will go for his second marriage so that he will not divorce me and we stay all together along with his second wife.
I am not willing to go for divorce as I love him a lot and can't see him marrying another women. My father plans to go to police station/court in order to resolve this issue without divorce. But I think the emotional bond will not exist if we do that.Even if we do so, Are there any chance with which he will go to police giving false complaint? Will his case stand.? Even he threatened us back that he will put us behind the bars if we don’t give divorce.
Please can you tell me how can I solve this issue and stay with him without hurting his ego and without he harming me? I am working and he says that he need not pay any compensation for divorce. Is it true?
His mother constantly threatens us that I cannot conceive as I have irregular menstrual period. But I have got medical examination done and I don't have any problem for conceiving.Please can you suggest me what we can/cannot do legally?
Also his mother feels that I don't do household chores and don't take care of him., since I am working I don’t have much time to do all this. But can this be a reason for divorce? His father is no more and stays with his mother, when we try to solve this problem with his other family members(sister, brother in laws) he doesn’t want them to interfere and doesn’t care about their words.
Some or the other way they are trying to get divorce and I don’t know how to convince him.. Looks like he just wants another women ! Please help me.

dear sir,
we are a family of four brothers and three sister.
my father expired in the yr 1983, the probate of the will was obtained in 1986, and in the year 1999 the house where we currently live was transferred from my fathers huf to his four sons and my mother, this was done because in the will my father had written that his daughters dont have CLAIM INTREST AND SHARE in his estates in the property(also he had mentioned in the will that he would like to give his 1/6th share in the property to four of his sons). also we had orally partitioned in the year 1999 (we have no papers supporting the same) our house and place where each member would stay though there are no walls supporting the same
now my sisters are threatening to claim their right in the said property because of the amendment in the year 2005, can they do it ?
kindly help as we dont not want them to claim their right

also please note the property in question was given to my father's huf via will by my grand father

I was challenging the lower court family court order for interim maintenance of 25000 per month with the high court and meanwhile i didn't attend the family court . And today was the high court order date and said that the pune case of mine for RCR has been dismissed so this appeal is also disposed.
What about the interim order as RCR is dismissed in the lower court and also can i restore the RCR. I think non availability for 2 months has made the case dismissed.

Dear experts, I have frequently guided by you people to lodge a police complaint.My case goes like this:
I secretely married with a girl.We both are hindus and were adults at the time of marriage.My marriage was not registered.though as proofs of marriage I have got marriage photo with negative,priests certificate,witnesses.Now her parents are against our marriage and they are trying to remarry her.She has also taken her parents side willingly or unwillingly.I have already lodged Restitution of conjugal rights under Sec.9 of Hindu Marriage Act. But they did not appear in subsequent dates.I am trying to lodge Injunction Suit.Now my Question is whether I can do police complaint even when my wife is not on my side.?Can I lodge any criminal cases as I am suffering from huge mental tension due to all this.Please answer to both of my questions.
