My wife committed sucied in her mother place and I have a boy baby which is two year old my in-law house they are not giving my child to me and they have filed a fake case on me the dowry case
Now I have applied a custody of my minor son to me what is ways to get my son can u help me out

as per law minimum 7 years child grow at parents home that means mother care, so you could not take care of your child any way take defense that she is attempt suicide so i want my son for my care.

Being father and natural guardian, you can claim custody of your child. As you have already filed a petition for getting custody of your child, prosecute the petition properly and wait for the decision of the court on the petition which is to be pronounced after recording of evidences. In the meantime, you can file claim relief of either interim custody or for visitation rights.
