Hi!

Good Day to all members of LCI

Our case for Divorce is referred to mediator. I would like to know process of meditation. Also approx. how much time mediator will take to complete the process? I have not appointed any lawyer as my case is simple and straight forward.

The mediator having 60 days for mediation. The mediator is issuing notice calling upon you to appear before him by fixing a perticular date. You have to appear before him personaly

Normally advocates are not entertained in the mediation center. In two or three sittings the mediation will get closed. Only if both the parties are interested in compromise, the mediation will succeed.
