i'm an earning women n my husband now is wanting to know my income, which i dont want to reveal to him. hes now found a way, asking for my IT-Returns to raise a bank loan,as he has no income.is there any way i can avoid getting into this agreement? hes threatening to beat me up , is this 'threatening ' an offence by law?

Wheter PWDV act having retrospective effect.or whether offence commited before act came into inforce,if not then with which provision or is their any case law.

Dear Sir/Madam,
As I want compromise(settlement of cases-498A,125 and div.filed by her and mutual divorce) with my wife after paying her demand for money because my life is getting spoiled and time wasting.she is totally after money at the cost of her life and morality.I am not confident with my advocate.I want safeguard at this stage.
pls tell me the process and precautions in bries what i should care towards end of all 3 cases and mutual divorce and saftey for money/DD in fav.of wife till my end of cases/my purposes.

I want to expedite the proceedings in relation to my pending case at the FC
What is the procedure?
I understand that a petition seeking direction from the HC has to be obtained in this regard.
Can you please mention me the relevant sections?
Also, is there any specific format for such a petition?
Further, in relation to such petition being presented to the HC, how favorable is it to the petitioner who is seeking early disposal of an pending case and how long does it take with the HC to pass orders for the same?
I am fighting to get back my marital life..
Please provide me your valuable advise

If there is any time limit for giving an application to M.M in case of false affidavit/Evidence by way of affidavit. (From the period of giving the affidavit in court in DV case).

A property was purchased by the father in the name of 2 minor childern of the first wife and 2 major childern of the 2nd wife. the mother was the guardian in the minor childern and paymnt was made through her. some time later a 3rd child was born. which has no name in the mentioned purchased property. Property was divided between the 2 minor childern and the other major childern. Both father and mother has died without any will.
Can the 3rd child who has no name in the property can ask for his share ?
Can the childern of the 3rd child who has no name in the property ?
Can wife of the 3rd child who has no mame in the property ?
Can wife or childern of the 3rd child who name is not in the said property can ask the others brother to provide share ?

I got married in May 04 and my wife had been behaving weirdly since 2006.First she went to other state for higher studies in Jan06 without even telling me or my family.I filed RCR Application in Mar09.Then she came back and stayed with me for 11months in Uttarakhand and delivered a child in Mar10.She again left me in Mar10 and went to live in other city in UP for doing a Govt.job.We have been living separately since Mar10.Now i have restarted RCR proceedings in July11.Now I am being threatened for 498/DV by her and her family.
Pls guide me following;
1-Should i go for Anticipatory Bail now
2-Whether Provision of AB is Avlbl. in Uttarakhand
3-Whr to apply for AB and What is procedure for getting AB
4-Any other precaution to minimize the dmage.
Pls. guide me as i fear i may be arrested any day.Its URGENt Please.

I am in love relationship with a girl of 25yrs, Her parents are not agree for our marriage as I am Rajput and She is Brahmin. She has been trying to convince her parents from over 3 years with the hope that they would agree someday but now got frustrated as they are neither agree nor allowing her to go anywhere as she is locked in the home by her own parents.
What can we do to get married as she cannot come out from her home?
Should she call police a register a case against her parents saying parents are not allowing her to get married as per own wish and she is locked on her own home? Is there any risk in doing so? Her father knows some SHO is that the best way to get married or there are some other secure ways?
Your suggestion would really help me to take further action on it
