i have filed first sec 9 then my wife filed sec 125

in sec 125 her father and herself evidance has complete now her adv.want to know salary details from court.

i m employee of private company.
Can court summon the order for salary details from my company.

judge say me orraly that u should own provide the salary details in next hearing.

YOU NEED TO FURNISH COPY OF 16A PROVIDED TO YOU AND SHOULD SHOW BY AFFIDAVIT THE OTHER LIABILITIES YOU MEET BESIDES YOUR OWN PERSONAL LIVING EXPENDITURE SUCH AS PARENT EXPENDITURE LOAN EMI etc.

court should not try to collect the evidence in fabour of any party.

Am agree with mr.prabhakar. Same time if you failed to produce your salary details or if you denied your income mean, your wife can pray to call your manager as a witness to prove her plea. Court will consider it..
