i was married in 2008 in arya samaj mandir with a man from chennai whom i met on matrimaonial site.
in november 2010 he married to someone else in his native town in the pressense of nearly 500 people. we have a 6 months old son. i stay with my parents and he stays with his mom and second wife.
i dont have any proofs of his second marriage but have one photo of his reception.
kindly let me know what should i do and how can i take the rights of my son

Hi, I need helpfor my confusion...i married my husband after 5 years of loving him and he is muslim and i was a hindu, I agreed to change my religion after marriage but my parenst dint not approve so i came away without my parents aaproval and change my religion and married him.
I was treated very badly by his mother saying i dint bring any money or gold and came with old clothes still she hurts me a lot..after my marriage my parents missed me a lot and wanted to see me but my inlaws not allowing me to see my parents because they are hindus and dint give any money for marriage.
my husband never listens because my mother in law acts before him and tell him that i am like her daughter.they are so reserved they dont allow me to talk or see my friends or family or my sister...they are rude
My in laws want all the money my husband earns and she says that my husband and i should not buy any property or save money. it seems they will save for us if we give the money we earn...i am also well educated and earned good money worked in a big multinational company...now that i am pregnant after 2 years of treatment for baby becuase of my stress doctor told me to take rest and i ahev to remain home now..
my mother in law tells me continuously that my baby who is to be born should be put in islamic school and should be with her always because i dont know anything...because the child is born to me hindu girl everyone tells her that she should take care of the child
she even says the child should call her a mother and i am just a milk giving servant..i get so depressed because of this...i come from a rich family and i had evrything i loved my husband so much that i left crores and came to him but all i am treated like a servant in this house....they do buy me some clothes and spend for my medicals foe my baby so my mother in law tell because i spend the child is mine and i took care of u you are in dept of me till you die...
i seriously cant understand what i should do....my life is really a question...my father in law for small matter also scold me i will throw you out of the house..
i am afraid if they will take my child away and throw me out...i love my husband he is wonderful person i cant imagine my life without him also...
i am so afraid if my life will go in drain

Dear sir I got a marriage on 22/2/2011 according the Hindu marriage act & my wife told me on the first night ," if you touch me body or bound me 4 ph. relation I will commit the suicide or cut my hand" after that she agreed for the relation but her behavior was not so good she was flowing her mother on the 14/4/2011 went her prenatal home still not come back & file the bogus case like section 498, dowry case and other cases against me but before all this I have file the section 9 case. So my question this case (section 9) would be defend me & my family if not so guide me how to save myself ?
thanks for every one please clear one more think my wife filed the maintenance case under section 24 if the RCR take back by me the maintenance will be continue or not & she is equally educated me

sir my brother took the sale deed documents(mothers father's properties)with out the permission of my mother and illegally occupying the house.
but my mother not interested to give that properties to my brother.My mother very aged
person more than 90.my self and one more brothers are giving food and all medical treatments and many more.
my brother is taking advantage of my mothers age and health condition
at this condition what we will do

I have a query about the custody of my girl child who is about 4 1/2 yrs old..I am going through a divorce, and the case is going on for 2 yrs now and is the final stages of arguments..My wife had filled a DV case also on me saying a lot of things that were proved wrong by my lawyer and the case came in my favor, i used to give her interim maintenance at that time apart from what i used to give her normally..so that case is over.. i wanted to know if i could get the custody of my child since the mother is not economically well off and she keep borrowing money from others,not willing to work either, her lawyer also advised her to work, but she does not want to.. so on that basis that i can give my kid a much better life, is it possible to get her custody..the divorce case is filled on the basis of ill treatment and mental torture, since she is always doubting my fidelity, and also now that she has filled wrong DV cases on me and my parents which were declined.. Please Advice

Please Guide me : Since 4 years My wife left my Residence and Staying with her parents, she take away my daughter now Age 14, In between ( 2 years before ) I file the Divorce Case but she is not willing to give Divorce then I withdraw the case,, She is still staying her parents house.. :
Can I file a fresh Case for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, My wife not allowing me to meet my daughter, both we are staying in the same city, she is working as a Teacher in the Pvt. school, and I am trying for a new job in the Pvt. company,
Can I file the case for my right's on meeting my daughter ?, How much expansive will take place, and time period to get any kind of outcome..?

am for husband.. filed petition for restitution of conjugal rights... husband sending money to the wife and children even before the institution of any legal proceedings and even before receiving any demand notice. wife appears in court and represent before the court that she is living seperately due to the cruelty committed by the husband... but the wife came and stayed along with the husband for a while....
is there any citation/judgement/ruling in favour of the husband..?
if so, pls inform..

can daughters inherit agriculture land in accordance to any Indian act or shariat act?

Monthly maintenance issue
i got divorce (with two children staying with her) 1 yrs bck by mutual understanding. & i am paying monthly maintenance of Rs.3000/- per month.
recently she got married & i also got married too. then also i have to pay monthly maintenance.?
