Though there is no bar but definitely it is very very difficult to prove the allegations of dowry in such case. Even harassment cannot be believed because the wife has again married with the same person who was his husband previously and such free will of her is an evidence that neither any dowry ws ever demanded in past nor any harassment was made by her husband. Similar interpretation cn be made for future events.

If such cases are filed by the wife, they are likely to be regarded as vexatious complaints for the reasons mentioned by Mr. Makkad.
