dear sir please help me in solving problem
i married 2 years ago now i have one year old daughter.
my wife asking me for divorce because she is not adjusted with me at all.
sir i have a 10 acres of land in my name half property ancestral and half self acquired and value around 1.5 crores and i am doing agriculture. i have monthly income of Rs. 30000/- approximately.
she wanted marry another boy
now she asking me 25 lacs and saying to keep daughter with me only
but i told her that i am ready to pay Rs 10000/- ten thousand per month till your next marriage and keep daughter with you till 6 years and after i will take care because daughter is very small.
1.now sir what will be approximate alimony in my case if we go to court?
2.is my wife will get share in my property?
3.i am not having 25 lacs of rupees can court suggest monthly alimony or permanent alimony.
4. what is approximate of permanent alimony in my case and what will be monthy alimony?

dear experts
please advise me i am facing a problem
ours is a huf family we are recently divided our property by partition deed it is registered.
i got 10 acres of land from that deed.
earlier the property was in the joint name of my father and my uncle.
all are got separated shares.
now my question is my property is ancestry or self acquired?
if ancestral then the it is given to me by father and uncle then only half portion is ancestral or full. half property was in the name of father and half in the name of uncle.
please help me

Hi,
My father passed away recently, he dint have any will....he had invested in mutual funds and lots in shares, The nominee for the same is my stepmother , does tht mean the she gets all of the same and we (class 1 heirs) have no claim to it, as she insists they atre all hers as per the law? Kindly help us with the law. We are all residing in Delhi.
My Step mother suddenly came out with a will which was made 25yrs back when they got married stating tht all my father owns should go to her....DOES THAT STILL HOLD GROUND???? CAN THT BE CONTESTED??

There is One 3years Old Female child , her mother was expired on july 2011 due to suicide.The family member of the Wife lodged FIR against her husband & mother inlaw for harassment for dowry.
The child is in custody of her paternal uncle who is taking care of her very well.
Recently the grandfather from maternal side has filed habeas corpus in high court for seeking custody of child.
The child was handed over to the paternal uncle by CWC & hearing is in High court next week.
Can high court give the custody of child to maternal father who is 58 yrs old.

mera husband marta hai or 4 mahine se mai apne mayke rah rahi ho or meri 9 mahine ka baccha hai.Mai kya karo ?ek bar usne court me stump paper par likha tha fi woh mujhe nahi marega lakin uske baad bhi usne mara.mujhe use drana hai kya mai women cell jakar uske khilaf shikayat kar sakti ho?

kya aisa ho sakta hai ki mai apne husband ko talak bhi na do or uske sath bhi na raho or usse sara kharcha lo?kyunki woh mujhe talak chahta hai.

The husband has been ordered to pay enhanced maintenance of Rs.3000/- from Rs.1000/-, four months back. But the husband is paying Rs.1000/- alone every month. What type of petition can be filed to get the enhanced maintenance from next month onwards?

Dear Sir ,
I had married 15 sep 2008 with one girl in temple (i have temple certificate, photos & sign affidavit by both parties) only absance of marriage certificate & stay each other house after marriage. 3 monts ago her family come to know about actual situation they left with her native place. she drunk phinile over there & after that i file writt pettation & hybys corpus case against her family. as per my request she presented in court, but she turns around & told that she want to stay with her family & give the statment that my marriage is not legal (disagrre with marriage) .
my case disposed in high court, kindly advise can i need to take divorce in this matter, is divorce appicable since gilrs told that (marriage is not compleate & disagree with marriage) or file congucation case in this matter. i realy feel cheat by girl in this marriage. kindly advise so i can take proper action against her.
Kindly confirm in this case High-court judgement proove my marriage validaty.
