Hi I got divorce after the case was heared for 4 years and as my ex wife was in US she did not come for enquiry and so I got divorce on exparte. After 3 months i got married and as my jewels and my mother's jewels of about 500 Gms was in her locker I filed a petion for returning the articles now. She has come and filed petition for condole the delay and to set-a-side exparte order in the previous divorce case. What should I do now. Will there be a problem for the girl I married now.

I met a girl in Feb 2009,before that she having a physical relation with a boy and aborted herself child 2 times.She left him in Jan 2009 and in august she had a physical relation with me.Till october 2009 everything was going fine,her old boyfriend got job in mysore and then onwards things went wrong between us.She told me that she was too leave me,i denied and relation went on..On 6th Dec 2009 we had a s*x between us and on that day only,we met an accident so she was not able to take precautions.On 21-Dec-2009 her Old boyfriend came and then they had a s*x.She told me she want to leave me and on 4th Jan 2010 she told she is preganent,we went to doctor for abortion but she denied later on she told me she is going to mysore to live with his old boyfriend.On August 2010 i came to know i got a baby boy and she sent some photos to me and told me not to contact her again.On March 2011 she sent me a mail to talk with her.I chatted with her and she asked me to marry her and i said yes and on the next day she asked for money from me for herself and baby.She told me to pay 8000 per month.I started paying till july 2011.From somewhere i came to know that somebody else has told her to ask money from me and i left sending money to her.Now she has went to women right office for asking money for child upbringing,she is living with his old boyfriend and i asked her to marry me but she don't want to.Today i went to met women right officer she told me either i have to pay lumsum amount or monthly payment.Is it legal that i have to pay money in any case,i am ready to take baby,but she don't want to give it to me...What should i do now ?

I got married on 21. 06. 2009. i am working in construction company before marriage. my job is the frequently movement of various project as per company demand. i am oldest son of my family and my family depended on me. without any reason she refused to stay with my parents, which is matrimonial house. she started false allegation, abusive word and threatening to me and my parents with her other family members also. she asked to stay with me on job location. i agreed any how but this will not possible every time, due to sometimes i have to work in remove area. actually she want all my money with her and donot want to share with my family members. she and her family members started threatening to file 498. what we have to do for safe guard.

Can anybody please send SC judgement on DV not maintainable. Previously i have posted my query that after 6 years of seperation wife lodged several cri.cases in which 498 on family is quashed by HC . Now DV revision is cancelled in session. I request you to pls send some judgements on DV quashing.thanks

My husband has raised Divorce and I have rasied RCR. Meanwhile i have given complaint about dowry in police station, but the process is not yet followed. My lawyer said we will raised 200 Cr.P.C for it. Is t right? Will it create any trouble for me and my family?
(In 20Cr.P.C he has included my husband, in-law, his relatives under mental torture & physicall torture for me. )

Mr. X has 3 elder brother and 1 younger brother. 1St elder brother got married before 5 years and having 1 daughter and 1 son. 2nd elder brother got married before 4 months.
There is always lack of mis understanding or we can say difference in way of thinking between Mr. X's mother and 1st Sister in Law.
Due to that there always use to be chaos in the family and as usuall 1st elder brother supports his wife and other 4 brother supports their mother.
During the chaos somethimes 1st elder brother started beating his wife.
So Mr. X is thinking that in such a way if any accident occurs in the future then he will be involved in the matter unwillingly.
So Mr. X is seeking advice from you that if there is any law or regulation in order to get protection.
Thank you very much to all for your valuable response but you know as the elder brother have two children so all the family loves these children very much and thats why we want to stay together and make the life lucid of the children.
But the elder brother and his wife is taking undue advantage of that emotions.
Any way we told him lots of time for shifting but he use to promise or threaten that ok in some time he will leave the home but again there is no response at all.
An in that way they are spoiling the atmoshphere of the house and destryoing the life of children as well.
Apart from that as we use to live in a flat so it's not feasible to make them seperate.
Please suggest me more.

Dear Experts,
My friend wife case to his husband.Interm amount to 4500 per month.Now final jedjament coming 5400.Now diff. amount 900*80=72000.Now his wife want this amount together.My friend want this amount monthly basis Rs. 5400+2600=9000 . So what can't do.He goes to count say i want pay amount like or He wait for his wife claim diiff for court.Becuase he don't want go court.pls suggestion.

In family court we can't deposited more Rs. 5000/- My lawyer say .This case (125) recovery.
