My mother disowned me & my wife legaliy.
My wife stay with my mother's home.
and i am staying in a rent room in other palace.
my wife disagree to stay with me.
can i file RCR.
what is the rcr help me if she file 498a
case in future & divorce case.

can husband deny a year later after marrying under special marriage act that some ceremonies were not observed.parties are hindu and marriage is over one year old.

My wife is earning 17000/- per month. We have a child aged 2 years. Child is with monther and mother is residing at her parents house from last 1.5 years. She put maintenance case for her and child @ Rs. 4000/- each and says that I have earned Rs. 30,000/- per month. My actual salary is 25000/- and after deduction the payble salary is Rs. 21000/-. I put conjugal rights case and custody case on my wife. Is I am liable to pay maintenance for wife and child and how much it be fixed by the Court ?

Its repeated question only. But i have not got the solution. Plz suggest me.
Husband has applied for Null&Void. Grounds - Compelled marriage. He cheated me and used me as a weapon for money and did unlawful mariage during college days. So i complaint in police station for marriage.
I have applied for RCR. Its <1 year of marriag. We have no child.
Out matimonial home is rental house where i paid the advance. Now he vacated the home with his things. I am staying alone which i am not able to tolerate. Getting mental depession.
I have given complaint in police station for dowry, mental & physical harrasment. Its pending there.
Husband is staying now with his friends home. In-Laws are in souther part village.
1. Since the criminal case/DV is pending in police station, my lawyer said we cannot file DV act in court. Is it?
2. Is t possible for me to go and stay in his home or in-laws home? My lawyer said that since police complaint s pending, I may be trapped under trespassing. is it? (i am getting fed up of staying alone, cannot go to my parents home as its love marriage we are not in contact)

i had missed last court hearing, i got extentsion for next month, due to year end office volume, i am not getting leaves from my office to visit court in their state for divorce.
Can my lawyer by present the case on my behalf and or my presense is mandatory.
Is there any legal impact on miss two dates in divorce petion

hus and wife not living together for 2 years.meanwhile wife procured somehow sperm and got it injected by artificial insemmination without her hus permission and a child is deleivered with disability.now husband deny that child to his own.

I recieved call from my brother in-law who is a DON of his area in UP. I have seen him carrying illegal weapons.
I have not recorded ythe call as such the call came from a local from their area.
He told that when they file a case in UP, I have to show up there in court or be arrested and kept there for few days.
Currently, I am in mumbai.
Now my question is : When my wife file a false 498a. I think from mumbai, I will be arrested and sent to UP. If I will be taken to UP, I am likely to be killed or they will surely attack me seriously.
1. How can I avoid going to UP, so that I can avoid attack?
2. I know I have to be present in court, over there if my wife file false 498a, IS they any way to transfer the case to mumbai, where I feel safe.... or any ground as such...
I seriously feel getting killed ... UP is place where one can shoot or give supari to another person. my Life is NOT cheap

Polic station complaint-rejected
Given complaint in Police Station for dowry, harrasment. They conducted enquiry with me and husband. And forwarded the same to protection officer. Enquiry happended there also. And finally they have given order as "Move to family court" to deal the issue.
They are not understaing our mentallity. They just askd us to see in court. 1) Is there no other way, other than going to court?
2) Can the court take 498A against them?
