HELLO ALL LEARNED FRIENDS,
I have lodged the case under the provision of the domestic violence Act. After the issue summons to the husband he engaged lawyer and produced many time adjournment report. Court adjourn given for the reply but after some time husband stopped to contact to lawyer so lawyer given not instruction to the court for his client.
After the evidence recorded at the side of the applicant husband came for the compromise before the court but anyway the compromise did not taken place Now the lawyer of husband would like to produce new vakalatnama and he would like to reply.
So what I should do I believe that as evidence complete at the applicant side the stage of the opponent has passed and now he has not right now as he appeared before the court.

i & my wife are staying apart from 03.09.2011..my wife is quite addement for divorce... at no cost c is ready to save this relationship...i love her lot..so just to keep respect for my love & not to make this matter more ugly i decided to give her what c want...yesterday they made me sign petion of mutual consent divorce...
my few querries are:
1) will our mutual lawyer will be able to file that signed joint petition on our behalf..our we both are require to go in court & sign that petition in front of magistrate...
2) our marriage was registered under special marriage act, but they made petition of divorce under sec 13b of HMA... can we get divorce under hindu marriage act... we both are hindu by religion...
3) petition will be submitted on 3rd september,normally how many months will it take to get final decree by court...
4) is new ammendment bill applicable ? is 6 months cooling period is waived off...can court give us decree in 1 month?

My neighbour's son got married on the 11th of march. Since then daughter in law has gone to stay with her parents twice.. Now she has moved back with them permanently...they are threatening with the police and cases against them... I
I know the boy's family personally..they have been going out of their way to please the daughter in law.. The daughter in law belongs to the same city and has a job with a salary of Rs 5000/-
Please advise how they should safeguard themselves against future threats and cases..what preventive measures can be taken by them.

Dear Sir,
I am facing a case of 498 which filed by my wife in the year of 2009, Total 4 names filed under 498. Me, mother & father are joined with blood releationship but one relatives girl who take care of my old parents, also filed under 498. So how can I remove relatives girl name from 498 case. At this time case are running opposit party's jubani level. Please help me.

as i already mentioned in my e-mail i think it is my basic human right to have privacy and this right cannot be taken away from me therefore whoever for example my father in law may be teaching the neighbours or it could be my eldest sisters,even if i shift my residence i would carry the problem so i think the problem needs to be tackled and i need to find out about who is doing this to me.and if i give a police complaint why will i lose reputation. because it is my fundamental right to have privacy at home and to clear once own bowels.i had shifted about 7 houses and in the process also lost my husband.now i am staying in my moms house and here also it is the same problem so dont you think sir that it is time for me to react and i am suffering with this for almost 10 years. if it is not corrected i may face health problems and the enemy is making me incapacitated to work and earn for myself ,how can that be sir.

I need your precious advise, ours is an arrange marriage,our marriage has done under Hindu Marriage act and that was lavisly done, my parents gave each and everything on my marrige, they spent their savings on my marriage, they completed all the demands of my husband and in laws.
As I Married in March 2010,My husband started doing bad behaviour after six months i.e Sep 2010,he started rebuking and using bad language for me, on initial stage for me i ignored, our house was on Fourth floor and having terrace,my husband used to go on to terrace and drink and busy in calling to his friends(Girl)at night on weekends (He did night shift)he did not have time for me ,We have never been in relation from the date of our marriage.he threatened me to throw me out from the terrace.I told this thing to my Mother-in law at the very next day,she told me that she would talk to him, but she did not.
As the time passes, situation became more worst.Before Marriage he told me that he is Delhi University graduate, but one day i found his degree which is from Lucknow university (means he made false statement before marriage).
My husband always remained out of house on Saturdays and sundays.Not spent time with me.
from the initial months of my marriage, i
gave my salary to my mother in law.as the time passes, she became demanding as (there was wood work at our home in Sep 2010, i spent,bought new refrigerator in Oct-2010, My husband wanted to buy new car, she demanded me to buy and pay EMIs , we bought a new car in Mar-2011). But my husabnd and my relation was in bad situation.
After knowing this fact, that my husband and my relations are not sound (as he started arguments with me in front of the family members), my Mother in law, Father in law and my sister in law (Married near to our house) started planning to sell the house, they pressurized us to leave the house and advised us to start living on rented house.
My husband used to drink and smoke excessive, and now my mother in law and sister in law started teach him many bad things against me.
They created a situation so worse, i left the house and came to my parent's house empty handed.All my gold and clothes are still with them.because i had no intention for divorce, i thought my husband will be with me one day.
After pushing out of the house, they sold the house without intimating me and my family.
My husband resigned from his job and absconding.he is doing nothing, this just because not to give anything to me.
Now my in laws did not talk to me and they don't want to give me anything.
My husband ruined my life.i want Justice!!!
Please advise..
