Dear Sir/Madam,
I was mary in feb 2009. after that many dispute with us.most of the time my wife stay with there parents.
Now last 6 months she is not with me.
My question: If she lie complaints against us like dowry or DV. So will arrest or we got the information first.

Here i have come with a query for your helpful answeres.
1)Now the case has been put in councelling in the family court and my wuestion is aftr the counselling if failed what is the next procedure?
2)Is the evidence stage is soon after the end of counselling?

Please let me know me the possibility that i went to RAJA BAZAR SCIENCE COLLEGE under Calcutta University for treatment of my wife for physiological test which is refereed by a doctor, would have been finished within 3days but after treating one day went to there second day but after seeing the condition of the patient doctor and physiologist suggested me to took her away from here and make an appointment with a doctor who is treating mental illness, and having degree of M.D. however I did it . now the question--- is there any medical provision to get the primary test or case history sheet from said college not certificate of the patient ?

gud morning sir.i actually want to tell the exact story. we are 5 children ,1 brother and 4 sisters to our parents.my parents have put all my 3 sisters in st.anns school and they put me in my mothers school where there is no good english foundation.my mother was a teacher in the same school.once when i was in 9th class we did one exhibition and all my friends have got participation certificates except myself even after repeatedly requesting my class teacher . then during our childhood days all our sisters and brother used to attend vacation bible school in church for summer and i was the best quizzer in quiz competition but never the church announced and gave me prize except in 1 year they gave eventhough i was winning for many years. this is the second episode in my life.thirdly i secured first prize in my B.ed and i was not given the prize at all.then i secured gold medal in my M.com but again i didnt get my medal in my hand ,it was not informed about the convocation at all. i got a seat in my B.ed because my mother was requesting the principal for a seat.then it so happened that i did my MA english and still i didnt get my certificate in my hand.
we were living in railway quarters then we shifted to our own house and there after finishing my pg i started to work in wesley college which was a sister concern of my mothers school.i was a child with lot of confidence and i was helping out my mother in all chores which i am still doing for her right now. then my father used to come home only at my bath time only after going for a walk. the point is that since i used to help my mom in the household activities she used to give me work one after the other and leaving with no sufficient time to even go the washroom ,hence i was going in tension and comig out in tension,never was i relaxed.so may be i developed little gas and i used to again go during my bathtime ,which was disturbed by my father,but that time i used to go freely because nobody used to bother. so these were the things happening before my marriage.then after getting married i dont know who taught my in-laws ,they kept on sending somebody or the other during my morning washroom time and this went on for about 10 years leaving me with absolute no privacy at all.this is going on evenow.now sir just to disturb me like this they went on following me to whichever house i shifted.and in the process my husband died.and because of this kind of thing i resigned my job,thinking that i will have peace in another job but again in my new job also it happened the same.now il be going back to college and again my in-laws may teach the servant to come and disturb me.the point is that i am living in my moms house and here also the same problem is arising.my mother wantedly puts tamarind in my tea so that it wont get digested,she pack chapathis by putting them on pan without washing it ,she hates if i go out for walking,she is 70 plus and goes on comparing with me.now as sainath sir has said that it may be a psychological problem ,my humble request is that i am planning to gofor video recording and then we can see who is the culprit.please advise as to who could be behind me very hard so that i am not comfortable with english language because of the creation that they are doing.kindly advise.i have lost my husband in the game and they are making me incapacitated to earn for my living ,is it justified at all.help is needed.

yesterday.... my wife alongwith her 10-12 relatives & parents came to my house.....started their usual mental torcher...
inspite of knowing the fact that my parents are sick ( especially my father had recent paralysis attach & angeography ).. they purposefully came disturb us further more.
on the top of it, my wife was asking me leave my parents & stay with here seperately.... when i denied & asked her & her relatives to get out of my house, her brother & her father threatened to kill me....they were forcefully trying to stay in my house & were not willing to leave.... rather my wife finally told me also to leave....
now, i am the legal owner of this house which is still mortgaged to HDFC Bank towards home loan..... what legal rights i have to make sure that my wife can not stay a single day in my house??????

excuse me sir Mr.sainath devalla has said in his reply that the query could be because of psychological disorder,but let me clearly say that it is not a case of psychological disorder and it is happening and to prove it i think we need to video record the whole episode then we can come to a valid conclusion.and find out as to who is the culprit.c sir it could even be my mother and elder sisters.so i think i need to fight it out.

Dear Experts,
I need you help here. I want to marry my 2nd cousin(Fathers-->mothers-->sisters-->sons-->daughter), we are in love from a long time and we cant seperate from each other(in our coustom I can Fathers-->mothers-->sisters-->daughter-->daughter but not Fathers-->mothers-->sisters-->sons-->daughter I dont understand why they made like this. In both the cases both daughter's will be second cousins but i cant marry the former one ). We know that in our coustom it is not valid to get marry but we couldn't able to resist that and decided to marry. We discussed with our parents and my parents somehow agreed. But her parents are totaly not agreed and they threatening to kill me and her if we do so. They are ready to kill her own daughter because of this. They tourchered her by beating,scolding etc... but we didn't broke up and it is not possible for us to live apart. We requsted that we wont marry, we wont stay together also and requested them to not force us to marry someone else. But they are denying that also and they are planning to marry her to someone else. She is totally not ready to marry anyone but her brothers are tourcharing her. In this case even if I go to police for help, they say that our relationship is not valid and they are not ready to help us. We are not ready to live by marrying someone and sharing everything with someone. If I marry her under HMA(where there is no prohibition for our relationship) but if some one put a case under special marriage act(where our relationship comes under sapinda) will court consider our marriage void? If not the case then I can take help of police ofr our protection. Please let me know how to deal with this situation. Only way for us is to take our life off. Please help us with this.

My father had made a nomination & will for property ( in a registered housing society) as under;
He had nominated three names 1) My mother’s name 2) my name 3)my brother’s name…
After the death of my father my society has transferred the said room on my mother’s name & we (myself & my brother) name were continued as a nominee…
10 years back my mother has expired… after that my younger brother has tried so much to transfer the said property on his name but society has refused to do the same, as after the name of my mother I am the first nominee….
Unfortunately, in last month my younger brother also expired…..& the said property is still registered on the my mother’s name…
Now, my question is;
1. After the death of my mother & younger brother can the Society transfer the said property on my name, without any legislation..?
2. If Yes…What is the procedure of transfer..?

Divorce, monthly alimony
My friend holds P.G degree in Medicine and is employed in Govt sector Hospital.His wife too holds P.G degree in medical speciality. After few years of wedlock, there was certain differences as result the his wife left the matrimonial home with her baby and started living with her parents and served legal notice to my friend and demanded money and other valuable ornaments My friend approach the court of HMA and file restitution of conjugal rights as result she has to join her husband after long period of time.After the reconciliation, there were again frequent quarrels and she again left the matrimonial home and gave birth to another child..Now more than 7 months has passed and she has not been returning to matri home..My friend wants divorce and don’t want to give alimony to her..Kindly suggest whether he is bound to provide alimony to his wife and 2 children as she is equally qualified and how much alimony/maintnance he has to give ?
