respected experts
my client (daughter) are two heirs one brother and one sister and the brother of my client has died before 2 or 3 years ago. he died leaving behind wife, one son, daughter in law and one grand son. now they all tried to alienate the house which is purely ancestral in nature and is still in the name of my client's grandfather and forced to sign the documents of house but she didn't signed the same. property comes under the municipal area.
now this is apprehension to my client that they can sell/transfer/alienate the house without the consent of my client daughter and sell it by fraud and cheating.
1. whether she has to file caveat emptor.
2. whether she has to file caveat emptor again and again after every 90 days.
3. whether she can claim partition also or only she has right only to reside according to succession act.
4. what are the remedies available to the daughter to get her share.
any other appropriate suggestions which you think appropriate.

My daughter is planning to get married to a US/European citizen of Indian origin. Kindly advise us on its implications. Is there any thing we should particularly take care of?
Respected Seniors,
My cousin (Mrs), married to one Cousin (Mr) in the year 2006.
Now, the problem is she is from a very rich background and the guy is of middle class.
At the time of marriage, she gave a huge amount of dowry to him and now he is having bank over due loans and started pestering her to get even more money for his family as he lost his job and no other income source is there to his family.
She loved him before marriage and married him and also she helped out him till now financially even though her in laws are not interested neither on her nor this said marriage.
Now she is vexed with him and not interested to cont.. her life with him any more.
At this stage, he is not willing to leave her for the sake of money, as she is rich and not interested for mutual consent. The fact is, at any cost she is not prepared to cont… the relation any more with him.
Please help me out, how to advice to get her out of that wedlock and from that family.
Thanks and Regards.
To day was hearing and i requested the court to transfer the case to counselling. But my wife told that she won't come for counselling in front of the counselleros today. The counsellor told me that if she is not willing to come for counselling nothing can be done.my question is
Is it must that the petitioner should come for the counselling?
If she is not ready for counselling what is the next procedure?
